Location is great. Good view from room. Staff were always very helpful. We did not use the amenities so I cannot rate them well. We were there to taste wine in the area.

It was an average resort. Nice but not exceptional.

The property is beautiful! The room was very comfortable. My stay was only for one night, I wish I could have stayed longer. There are many restaurant options close by. The hot water in the shower didn’t work. I’m sure this was a one off situation and easily corrected.

Beautiful place with great views. Seemingly rigid on check-in and check out times. 5 excellent eating options within walking distance.

The bed was comfy. I was lead to believe that I had rented the Spa bath with king bed, the bath was just a tub, I was looking for the jetted tub. The Television didn’t work, I spent about 375 for a single night and I didn’t even get a free breakfast. There we no amenities for the rental besides the soap. Everything was to be purchased, you didn’t get anything other than your room for the rental.

We liked The Lodge much better pre-covid. When they still had the relaxing lobby (now restaurant seating) with wine tastings. And when we didn't have to purchase breakfast. That being said, it is still our favorite place to stay in Richland.

I travel the world for a living and this is one of my top few favorite places to stay. Yes, it has the basics: clean, friendly, nice restaurant, bar, great location, water views, gym, etc. But, the rooms also have full sizes bottles of local wines, wine glasses and openers, robes and slippers, full amenities, a fireplace that lights with the press of a button! It's surrounded by a variety of great restaurants within very short walking distance. There are loaner bicycles and paved walking/running/biking trails along the Columbia river and close proximity to a golf course. The Lodge has it all. I love it!
