Hampton Inn Richland/Tri-Cities

Staff was absolutely amazing such high spirits for the Ironman race. If you’re racing the Iron Man I would definitely stay at the Hampton Inn.

My husband and I participated in the Tri-Cities 70.3 event, the hotel is walking distance to the start of the swim, with a bike/walking trail right outside the back area. The entire property is beautiful and the view from our balcony is even more beautiful! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make the participants feel very welcome! Early breakfast, water bottles, and posted signs of encouragement everywhere! They were helpful with check-in/checkout, and the staff gave every participant a congratulations card (slid under the bedroom door) signed by the staff! It was and awesome experience and we will definitely be back! Next time for fun and not a race:)

your staff does such an amazing job welcoming the athletes for the Tri Cities 70.3 triathlon. Decorations , extra accommodations with waters, energy bars etc. The extra breakfast morning of the race. The posters, the congratulations card on my bed. These extras go a long way when we travel to these races. I've done many of these races in many countries and your staff by far exceeds all others I've been to. The breakfast staff and the hotel desk attendants were all amazing! It would have been nice if the weather would have been cooler, but you guys did great.

Great location. Fabulous breakfast. Wonderful staff. Very comfortable accommodations. Close to the Columbia River for a long refreshing walk. Close to some great restaurants. (Might suggest updating bedspreads, texture is a bit rough.) Otherwise, if in Richland we’ll visit The Hampton Inn again.

Everything was perfect with my stay

I am extremely wary of hotels and it takes a lot to impress me. This hotel beat all expectations. I would stay here again. And, the location is right by the river and a nice park adjacent to the hotel. Everything was fantastic.

We have never been to a hotel more accommodating for dogs! They have areas to walk them all around, the river is right behind the hotel (we didn’t even know that) that had me pathways too. It was perfect. Only complaint hubby had was breakfast didn’t have bacon and sausage wasn’t the greatest haha! Beds & pillows were comfy too. Breakfast staff were so friendly! We will definitely look for Hampton Inns from now on to stay at with our pups.

Room is clean but is small. Breakfast is very good. Parking is good plenty of it. The pool is great. Largest indoor pool and open 24 hours a day. Hot tub is big. This is great location close to the water and park. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. Will come back again.

We always like staying there but I thought I booked a balcony but didn't get one. Also the bed had large dents in it from lots of customers. Probably need mattresses changed out more often
