I was hoping for a little more variety. Standard scrambled eggs and sausage I would like to see biscuits and gravy and fruit to choose from

Great location right along the river. Walking distance to anything you need. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Currently remodeling rooms which were nicely updated. I did mention the new sink design was poor as you can barely get your hands under the water to rinse them. My shower was also clogged so I showered in 2 inches of water. All in all, would recommend and will stay again.

I love the view , it is down by the river and a walking path right outside. There is also a beautiful park next to it. I would stay here again. Nothing I can think of . One of the better places I stayed.

The people in the front so nice and welcoming the pool and Jacuzzi the breakfast ladies so cheerful OMG and at night go sit underneath the gazebo or at the waterfront and look at the stars is my perfect place to go in Richland

We stayed for two nights and our room was clean and quiet, the staff was kind and we would stay again. We loved the walk along the river on the path.

The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable! We loved the pool and the complementary breakfast was wonderful! I was charged for someone else’s snacks/water purchase. If I hadn’t of checked my bank statement before leaving, I would have paid that without knowing!

I loved my morning walks along the Columbia river. The hotels location is right next to the river and offers beautiful views. The hotel offered great breakfast options in the morning and was accommodating when we needed a late check out. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly.

Lovely, helpful staff at this hotel. If you appreciate a hard mattress, this is your hotel! It was clean, although a touch of possible mold growing at the base of the ADA shower. The switch from overhead shower to hand held was absolutely out of my reach to switch over, which was frustrating for me. Otherwise, a nice stay!

The staff here is awesome-helpful, pleasant and accommodating. We got a chance to come down for 4th of July and it was a great family trip. The park is right next door and there are plenty of food options that you can walk to. Really great central location.
