Homewood Suites by Hilton Richland

Very good

The service was impeccable!

I became ill during the night, due to allergens in the room and AC unit. Sinus congestion, sore throat, fever, etc. At 1am I turned off the unit fan, but overall the air quality was bad.

Hotel was great. Staff was outstanding!!! Nothing

Elliott at the front desk was very friendly and professional. The staff members were all smiles and helpful Clean, comfortable, appointed well, breakfast was exceptional Gloria and team does a great job I would not even think of staying at a different hotel in Richland Ken S

Outstanding room, staff, and breakfast was great. Thank you.

Superb

Amazing staff and clean rooms. Great location

Great location. Friendly staff. Great location. Very comfortable room. No recommendations for improvement.

I love this hotel. The breakfast staff are the nicest people I’ve met and we’re so nice to my kids and I . The front staff are the most welcoming. We visit this hotel every year just to enjoy it. Love it here!

The breakfast was surprisingly satisfying. Way more options than were represented in any of the pictures. The room was also quite spacious.

Only issue we had was stressing about getting a car charger since we didn't have an adapter for the other charger we could only use the Tesla one and one person left their Tesla on charger our entire stay which is incredibly rude and unnecessary. We booked this hotel specifically to be able to charge so we could make our long trip. So either adding another Tesla charger in the future considering the size of the hotel or monitoring a little better so people aren't just hogging it would be helpful

Exceptional

Very clean. Best breaksfasts anywhere i have stayed. All perfect. Very quiet

Excellent stay and the double suit fit my family wonderfully. Breakfast was great like the reviews said but wish it lasted later on the weekends.

Great breakfast, large rooms. My only complaint is why there aren’t USB jacks on the room. Most hotels have added them by now. We used the one on the back of the TV, it they should be in all rooms at the headstand these days. Noticed they sell cables and plugs in the lobby, I guess that’s why they haven’t done it. Try and eek out more money from their guests.

Great all around, really.

Super nice room and staff! Everyone was very friendly, especially with our toddler! It felt.very family friendly.

Very pet friendly. Great staff all around. The proximity to the river and walking trails can’t be beat.

Great breakfast, great rooms, useful kitchen.great shower.loved it.
