It was pretty decent property and well maintained. Kind of expensive but given that it was for WA Cup I can imagine that they can charge more.

The lobby area is wonderful and the amenities are great. The cleanliness of the back of the property is lacking. Trash on the ground the entire time we were there. Our bathtub didn’t drain properly and we notified them upon check out. Location is great.

First impression at front desk, the employee was hygien challenged, dirty, greasy hair, body odor. Front desk person not professional, lacked eye contact, was minimally helpful, I had to request addition room key, he only gave me one. The room was not stocked with enough towels, when I went to front desk to request more, I was told they were out. Also out of pool towels. We liked the pool for the kids. I would choose another hotel on Columbia in the future, very disappointed in our stay.

This hotel was a no frills hotel. I stayed 2 nights. The hotel was ok. The staff was wonderful.

This is a great place to stay. Not super fancy but clean and plenty nice enough. They have great amenities and there is lots to do around the property without driving. Bummer that the restaurant closed because you do have to leave to eat. My only complaint was that they had the whole place staffed with one person for the whole place on the 4th of July weekend. Not good for the guests and super unkind to the worker. He kept up a good attitude though and deserves a raise!!! Kind of makes me wonder about what type of people bien it though. Bikes need some repair and I would stay there just for those so I hope they take care of them.

Seemed a bit out of date, surcharge for ammenties that I didn't have time to use not appreciated

Room was small but worked for our needs. Place is a bit drab on the outside but overall comfortable.

Clean comfy rooms

Amazing love the place will use in the future if needed.

A few days before our stay, I contacted the hotel directly to ask whether it was possible to cancel our reservation. I never received any response. We ultimately needed the room after all, so we kept our confirmed two-night reservation. While we were away at a softball tournament, the hotel entered our room, packed up all of our belongings, and left everything in the lobby. When we returned, we were told we only had a one-night reservation and that our room had been given to someone else. Booking through a third-party site is extremely common. If this property accepts those reservations, they should have procedures in place to prevent situations like this. Instead, they blamed everyone else, showed very little empathy, and never took any responsibility at all. None. Despite having “Hotel” in its name, this is actually a motel with exterior room entrances. The property is old and dated. Breakfast was disappointing, there were no pool towels, a light in our room was burned out, and when I politely asked a housekeeper for an extra towel, I was simply told “no”. The staff was rude, dismissive, & condescending. We did everything right and still lost our room. If a hotel is willing to pack up a guest’s belongings and give away their room under these circumstances, every traveler should think twice before staying here. The one thing I think they did well was hire a good photographer for online photos.

overall appearance was shabby looking,

The room had a musty smell. I pulled the curtains in the room to open the windows to air out the room, and lit looked like it had been a while since someone did that. There were dead bugs, dust, the windows weren't clean, it appeared that the curtains hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The chair in the room was very worn out The room felt a bit gross and in need of deep cleaning, to be aired out, to be updated. I used the laundry room, it needed to be cleaned badly. The property is run down overall. The lobby area was nice, but once you got to the area with the rooms it definitely needed to be cleaner and renovated., The staff were helpful and responsive.

This property has a lot to offer for the price. Great pool, gaming room along with pool and fooze ball too. Breakfast was good as well. Rooms very spacious, but is more like an old school resort but has had updates.
-
Breakfast was great, the room super clean and staff friendly the pool amazing and big enough to fit everyone. All the garbage bins outside the facility where full and overflowing.
-
Breakfast not good
-
Very comfy beds. Good for a quick stay

The set up of the room is nice, I like that, lobby is nice and rooms seem somewhat newly renovated. Overall a nice hotel and a fun cool set up. My main issue was the cleanliness. Spiderwebs and little bugs all over the walls and in corners outside. Rooms were dirty, shower and sink were clogged, shower head was leaking and floors were generally dirty.

Definitely didn't look like the pictures.

The staff was nice and the pool was awesome, but the property is run down and it feels like they just threw a coat of paint in it rather than doing necessary updates. The bathroom had a broken light switch and the toilet was wonky. The water pressure was super hard and the drain couldn’t keep up so you had to stand in your dirty water when taking a shower. The bathroom also smelled like musty mildew. The breakfast was also really sad. The juice machine was broken and the hot water for oatmeal was lukewarm and they only had one waffle maker so people were having to wait forever in line. But the pool was awesome. We did play in it for hours while we were there.
