While it is an older hotel the nostalgia and comfort you feel in my opinion is only seconded by the friendly, pleasant and very helpful staff! This is where we will stay anytime we are over night in the Tri Cities! Thank you all very much

The place was undergoing renovation and there was nowhere to park. In the end I insisted on a room near to check in. It is fine now.

There was some concern based on previous reviews but we found the rooms very clean and comfortable. The pool was wonderful and well maintained. One of the deck chairs was broken and we weren't able to open one of the umbrellas, but the staff responded to our questions and fixed the awning promptly. I would suggest better lighting in the hallways by the stairs.

The breakfast was nice. I only stayed because i didnt want to drive home, my dad was in hospital. I didnt get to try the sauna i would have liked to. The king bed was extremely uncomfortable. By morning i rolled to the ohher side snd it wasnt as bad. There was only one coffee cup in room.

I don't have any complaints other than I thought you really didn't get your money's worth, aka expensive for what it is.

Breakfast consisted of reconstituted eggs (if you like that sort of thing), turkey sausage, fruit yogurt, sliced bread, english muffins, waffles, coffee and juice. Kitchen staff was very friendly (best part of breakfast). It's built close to the river and has a beautiful paved walking/bike path behind the property which we and the doggo enjoyed as well as benches along the path for taking in the view and birds. The pool area looked quite nice although didn't use it.

Everything was great!

Unforgivable, a hotel and conference center without an elevator or escalator. The hotel was very helpful and understanding and acknowledged this major fault. They mentioned that the hotel was old. But there seemed ample room to put in one or more elevstors. As an older hotel, though upgraded, it does show some of its age.
