Were there for 5 nights only came in once. Overall really good.

I am really pleased with this hotel. I had a family member in the nearby hospital and it was about a 15 minute walk. The rooms are spacious, the pool and workout room are great. The staff is wonderful. It’s also right next to a beautiful riverfront park. This is a great hotel.

Could use some comfortable pillows. Overall very pleasant stay close to a variety of nearby shops and restaurants.

Horrible experience, won’t stay again. Called to check in early and they said ok. We arrived at noon and didn’t check in till 1:45. They over booked our room type so they “upgraded” our room (not it was nasty) and the rollaway sucked. Keyes didn’t work everyday and so we kept the sliding glass unlocked to access room, called for towels and the front desk girl said she spaced it after I waited forever, I just ended up going to the front desk and getting them myself, pillows smelled molding, partying ALL night at the pool and hot tub, oh and they checked us into someone else’s room. Our room was gross and dirty. The whole experience was a nightmare. The night girl is not helpful whatsoever and the gm Mike should learn how to manage a hotel.

The hotel is right next to a busy street, we were kept up by the road noise.

Nice location. But commotion all night long in the hallways. There were several athletic teams staying on site, looked to be about middle school age. They were up and down the halls all night. Frustrating.

Paid over $500 for two nights in an old, run down hotel. Desperately needs remodeling. Also, Expedia needs to inform customers that the cheap, processed food breakfast is not included - they wanted an additional $25 a plate. Overall experience was poor.

I liked the proximity to the river front park for swimming and walking. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The workout room was the most updated part of the old hotel. The rooms are also updated. Walking through the hallway, it is like going back to the 1980's.

The bed was terrible. The staff was great
-
No vending machines, signage displays false, long walk to desk but a beautiful location and staff!
-
Very comfortable beds, close parking and restaurant on site.
-
Very close to the Columbia River Park and dining options on site and close by

Room was clean and bed comfortable. I would have liked more lighting and better pillows.

We really enjoyed our night here and will be using this hotel every time we find ourselves in town. The staff was amazing and super nice. The room was clean and looked great. The bed was so comfy it was hard to get out of. Breakfast was really good and worth the extra cost. The only complaint was the shower kinda sucked with water pressure and getting hot. Parking was a bit of a hassle as there were no spots near our room on the end and our river view was obstructed by trees so we could barely see it.
-
Nice hotel, especially the location and cleanliness! We had to request additional towels, as there was only one washcloth for three people.
-
Pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. The bathroom was cleaned very well. The carpets throughout hotel were very stained. The ice machine was broken near our room and the water bottle fill up station was broken. It's in a nice location where you can walk along the water.
-
Very nice property! Right on the river. Went for a morning walk at the river. Restaurant was nice and had excellent food! Will definitely be going back to check out the surrounding area better

We regularly stay at the Holiday Inn by IHG when we fly out of Vancouver BC. The experience is always great. The pluses at this hotel is the location and the beds are very comfortable. Wifi was sluggish but didn't cut out. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean.
