Would definitely stay here again!
-
Loud, directly on road, no privacy, no security (noise all night), old musty/moldy carpet THROUGHOUT ENTIRE facility and room. Terrible housekeeping. NOT AT ALL AS SHOWN ON WEBSITE AND NOT WORTH THE PRICE AT ALL.
-
For the almost 200 a night our room had no toilet paper and empty box of Kleenex. There were 2 towels in the room. A little hard to justify the amount paid.
-
Great hotel!! Very friendly, clean, and had comfortable beds. Coffee and water available all day and breakfast was very good. Will stay there again!!
-
Mid-century modern motel with great curved architecture in a great location right on the river in downtown Richland. Had a big room with a balcony.
-
Nice place next to river walk
-
Great place to stay. Breakfast is not free and very limited.
-
Quiet, beautiful setting. It’s showing its age tho.

The room was clean, staff was wonderful!
-
The staff were great and the parking is convenient for easy room access. However my fridge was dirty in my hotel room. Looked like old cake frosting.
-
Great location, enjoyed the water front.
-
Water was leaking from ceiling. Told me I had to come down at 11pm to speak with night auditor about it. Went at 11pm and they didn't know how to manage reservation. Said she needed to re do my keys… walked all the way back and she did keys for the room with water coming from ceiling. Water was coming from ceiling on each side of light fixture. They never turned water or electricity off for maintaining.

Were there for 5 nights only came in once. Overall really good.

I am really pleased with this hotel. I had a family member in the nearby hospital and it was about a 15 minute walk. The rooms are spacious, the pool and workout room are great. The staff is wonderful. It’s also right next to a beautiful riverfront park. This is a great hotel.

Could use some comfortable pillows. Overall very pleasant stay close to a variety of nearby shops and restaurants.

Horrible experience, won’t stay again. Called to check in early and they said ok. We arrived at noon and didn’t check in till 1:45. They over booked our room type so they “upgraded” our room (not it was nasty) and the rollaway sucked. Keyes didn’t work everyday and so we kept the sliding glass unlocked to access room, called for towels and the front desk girl said she spaced it after I waited forever, I just ended up going to the front desk and getting them myself, pillows smelled molding, partying ALL night at the pool and hot tub, oh and they checked us into someone else’s room. Our room was gross and dirty. The whole experience was a nightmare. The night girl is not helpful whatsoever and the gm Mike should learn how to manage a hotel.

The hotel is right next to a busy street, we were kept up by the road noise.
-
Nice location. But commotion all night long in the hallways. There were several athletic teams staying on site, looked to be about middle school age. They were up and down the halls all night. Frustrating.

Paid over $500 for two nights in an old, run down hotel. Desperately needs remodeling. Also, Expedia needs to inform customers that the cheap, processed food breakfast is not included - they wanted an additional $25 a plate. Overall experience was poor.

I liked the proximity to the river front park for swimming and walking. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The workout room was the most updated part of the old hotel. The rooms are also updated. Walking through the hallway, it is like going back to the 1980's.
