Richland Inn and Suites

Good location. Clean, comfortable. Whoever was staying next to us was very loud. We heard it whenever they walked, heard their tv.

This might not be the most glamorous hotel but the rooms have been remodeled and are great! Love that even though it’s been remodeled they don’t charge an arm & leg to stay there. It was all good

The price was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Great location lots of different food options close by. Area seemed very safe and was pet friendly Being on the bottom floor you can really hear your upstairs neighbor. Floors are wood so there isnt a sound barrier at all so that part kind of sucked

Was newly remodeled.

People at front desk were helpful, friendly, and easy to work with Breakfast casserole was too peppery for my likely but a nice change compared to other hotels’ breakfast. Maybe let people add their own pepper.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was able to get checked in a little early. It was my second time staying and both times were enjoyable; I always try to stay if I know I'll be in town and always recommend to friends and family. The upstairs guest was noisy from about 9pm to well into the morning (about 3am). But I did not complain and just tried to sleep through it. I understand it's not the property's fault

Very clean with recent room remodeling

This is apparently a fully remodeled older facility. They did a very good job. It was an extremely great location with easy access to restaurants and the wonderful park on the river. The parking strip could use a little extra work.
