Richland Inn and Suites

Room was clean and freshly remodeled. Exterior was in pretty rough shape. The steel stairs were nearly rusted through and the concrete they were attached to was spalling at the connection point. Serious safety issue that needs to be addressed immediately.

This is a good value property. Nothing fancy, but room was clean and appeared to have been recently upgraded so condition was above average. Bed and linens were also well above average.

Refurbished hotel rooms on the inside. The outside was fairly well taken care of. Rooms were quiet as well as the neighborhood. All was clean. Convenient location with affordable room prices. All was good.

Clean but older motel, good value if your just traveling through. Most likely not a long term place to stay just because there are no extras like a pool or breakfast bar. It was perfect for us as we were just looking for a clean reasonable price place to rest while traveling

The office staff was nice Our room smelled horribly like bleach. I could not sleep and felt dizzy after a while. There was no office staff after 9, so I did not have anyone to assist any accommodations.

Beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. Location is awesome, near lots of different dining options. It is also about a 15-20 minute drive to Ray Johnson field at Kennewick High School. Staff was helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Overall, a great value for the price! The outdoor stairs were rusty and concerned me at first, but were very sturdy.

I ended up having to sleep in the car!! After hours, advise me to call Orbitz and request a refund. Did this the next day and orbits called the hotel which magically was able to find the reservation - so no refund. Never this hotel again and never with orbitz

The bed and pillows were perfect. loved the black and white theme only issue i had was at about 3:30 am there were people out on the balcony talking, not yelling, just talking and they sounded like they were right outside my door. I didnt look out the window to see where they were, but that was really the only issue i had

Priced very reasonable. Clean , comfortable . The room was bright and fresh . Check-in and out were easy with pleasant friendly staff. I come to Ruchlad quite often for doctor appointments or to visit my son who lives nearby in an A F H . Most always find it hard to find a reasonably priced room . Yours was such a comfort for me to stay I will be returning in the future. Thank you for listing this inn . I'd rate this Inn 110 % if that were possible . Thank you. Parking was on the street . With that being said, they did offer to let me unload my bags in front of the room before Parking on the street .It wasn't that bad though

It smelled very strongly of cleaning chemical and the sheets had a strong floral scent.

Location

Everything was very good. The property uses a very strongly scented cleaner that is extremely offensive. We had the windows and door open all the time except when we were sleeping. I couldn't stand to be in the office the stench was so strong.
