Richland Inn and Suites

Clean room

Great budget hotel that is nicely remodeled. Comfy beds, cute kitchenette, nice fixtures.

Great place to rest after a long day.

There was no breakfast, but that was alright. The steps need to be wire brushed and painted.

The room was clean, but very noisy (bad insulation - busy street). The staff were friendly enough. The room stank of a very strong chemical smell. We asked to be moved to another room, but the second room also had a strong smell. We believe the smell originated from bed bug pesticides.

Would have been a nice stay but the people next to me were fighting at 4am and banging on walls and slamming doors and yelling. Rooms where nice and the staff were. Pool was empty though. No hot tub.... Not sure ill stay here again after the people whom they rent to!

The place has been renovated inside and they are working on the outside. Room was clean and the price was very reasonable.

I spoke with Melissa, I think her name was, she mentioned if you were visiting a patient at the Kadlec Hospital that they could provide a discount because medical emergencies are no fun. She said she had a good experience of her own with Kadlec Hospital when she needed hospitalization. There was no continental breakfast due to the fact that they were renovating. Not a big deal.

Ac thermostat was no where near correct, I had to check out early for something very important no refund or even partial refund then a day later after I checked out I received a call saying my key cards are expired which I turned in the day before

Yhe grass area out front!

It was clean and nice to stay in I got the rest I needed

It was clean, quiet and I got to rest

Rooms are very clean and staff is awesome

This is an older style motel that seems to have been renovated. Rooms were clean and fresh. I thought it was excellent value for an overnight stay. Great riverside park nearby.

Was looking only for a quick night stay, was hardly in the room, so for the price it was worth it. The front desk receptionist was nice & friendly. Plenty of places to eat not far from hotel & even walking distance. The exterior of hotel is very outdated but it was sufficient for what I needed.

Close by work

We didn't eat any breakfast. The location was pretty good, but I expected it to be a bit closer to things like shopping. We ubered to the location so we were walking everywhere we wanted to go. If we had a vehicle the location would have been great.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff.

This seems to be an older property but the rooms have been renovated. Clean fresh. Good spot for an overnight. Look out for great Cider bar across the road and this is close to the river and a great walk along the river

Good location. Clean, comfortable. Whoever was staying next to us was very loud. We heard it whenever they walked, heard their tv.
