The place was a mess, under construction, smelled horrible, very unorganized. It was somehow complicated checking in and things not working. It was not at all clean.

Great location if you're wanting to attend an OU football game without the hassle of people and traffic. They were currently being remodeled during my stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and apologized for the mess from the remodel.

For context, I am not a high-maintenance person and rarely leave a negative review, but I booked a stay here to avoid a late night drive back to DFW. Even though they are remodeling, the property was not in a condition to stay. Felt like we were in a work zone with materials and equipment laying out everywhere in the hallways and lobby. Once we got in the room, the fire alarm kept chirping. There was no way we were going to be able to sleep. I call the front desk, and was told that he had already put in a work order for it, so why put us in that room to begin with? He said he would “try” to see if he could find us another room. At this point I was done, so we left. I tried to seek a refund through Expedia, but the the property manager refused our request. The refusal to grant a refund of the stay is what really got to me. I get the hotels remodel and but lack of basic customer service and expectation that guests to subject themselves to construction and chirping alarms that inhibit sleep while refusing a refund is why I can’t recommend this property.

Well the air conditioning was cool but they had no elevator for me I was able to carry my stuff up but for someone that was handicapped that might be a problem they were in the middle of renovation

First, I will say that the couple that run this place were pleasant and helpful. Now on to the review of the facility. The smell after entering was horrible. Being a frugal person, I stayed because I prepaid on-line. The hotel is under renovation. Trash and building supplies in the entry way. Upon first glance, the room seems clean and well maintained for an older facility. The next morning I found, what I thought was a tick, in my hair. I took it out quickly and flushed it. After some research, I'm 99% sure it was a bed bug! Uugh. Stay away from this place.

Was not I formed that the hotel was under renovation and the hallway looked like it had not been sweeped and room number on a blue piece of tape on the door handle

The toilet stool was running an noisy, the room did not get cleaned after the first day.

Our stay was great. Very pleasant. We'll be back.

They need to clean all rooms daily and not do remodeling when they have rented the rooms out. And try and have a much better breakfast

The breakfast needed help. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There were flies in my room.

Was charged twice for the room but was immediately corrected when I pointed it out .

Everyone is always so welcoming and kind! Rooms look great, really love the new floors!
