It’s our the fifth time to stay here. Why? It’s GREAT!!!! Maybe the water pressure can be a little bit stronger.
-
There was a live bug (cricket) in the bed
-
Very poor, the entire stay room was serviced only twice in about 2 1/2 weeks, elevator was always out of service
-
The room had a musty smell to it, and the linens were damp. For breakfast, the food was not well stocked, and the attendant was not helpful at all.
-
The staff. The elevator was out, there was no pre-warning, my handicapped sister had to go to the 3rd floor by the stairs. She can barely walk
-
The staff was helpful, but second time here and the tv cast didn't work both
-
Good hotel No problems
-
Keurig in room, comfy bed nice staff Had to ask for more pillows but front desk was nice, only 2 pillows but she explained items have been moved around for other rooms, didn't have big shower towels in room, bathing products were basically finished, bedding smelled over bleached

Location was perfect for our trip. Facility was clean, comfortable. Breakfast was great. A great price too! The only disappointment was that the pictures show a whirlpool next to the pool, but it has been filled in and is no longer available.
