Office was closed ,The ladie that was working the front desk had an attitude, like she was being bother by the customer getting yhe room she had dogs inside the office, the room was dirty, the furniture was real old , the sheets old and dirty, the TV remote had no batteries on it, the toilet was plugged.. its was horrible I would never book a room any more there ..

No stay...once again you stated there was no reservation,this is the third time with this hotel group,never again!!

Nothing it was dirty and had German roaches I didnt like anything about the property. Once I checked in we left our luggage in the room and came back a couple hours ago. As me and my wife and 7 month baby were getting settle we came across German roaches on the wall, ceiling, fridge, and bed where my 7 month baby was sleeping. We packed up and left and went to a different hotel.

Its not OYO its Garden Inn now check in fast finding room was easy Had problem reading wifi password but no big issue.Good selection of channels...big bathroom.. great nights sleep had a small kitchen with regular size fridge and for the price it can't be beat for Pearsall Tx I would stay their again if I have need to Its not a fancy hotel but it was a good nights stay!!

First, the name of the place is no longer oyo hotel but garden Inn and suites. Second, I had requested a king size bed and was put in a room with two queen beds. Also, one of the pillows was stain with a red mark on it.

Small quiet and close to stores Not very clean. Shower was dirty and the toilet and sink were not clean. Sink area smelled like mold and the mini fridge did not work.

There was some indian family who were saying they are the new owners, that they do not have us registered, wi-fi was not working, so we had problems force them to accept that we indeed have reservation for two rooms. They said they have only one - after our disilusion they gave us one more room without bathroom/wc. And they refused to accept that we paid already. They said OYO will return money, but that didn't happen - at least to my knowledge. No apology whatsoever even. The place was nothing like on the pictures - very old furniture (in a bad way), smell. I was messaging booking.com about the situation, booking.com saw that the second night we were on different place, but we did not receive the money already paid back. One of 3 worst experiences ever (I had 30+ bookings on booking.com and another maybe 50 elsewhere).
