The only thing when I was reserving the room I don’t remen swing if the room was non smoking or smoking and we would of preferred a non smoking. Other then that we enjoyed.

I'd like the location I'd like the amenities and was a comfortable night of sleep and quiet Poor internet access was the only downside

The beds were comfortable. It was clean. I liked that there was storage and a minifridge. Not a lot of noise. I didn't like that there was not really any hot water in the morning. At night the water was scorching hot. We only had one good big towel and when I asked for more, they asked me to bring back the ones we already used to switch them out. When I did bring back the one we had and requested 2 big towels, it took them 6 hours to get me the towels.

Need to pay an extra 50 for stay. Not alot of us have a credit card or that much money in general. Some of us just have enough for a room for a night or two

No breakfast Cleaner , hole in bathroom door. Was told if we hadn't notified staff . We would have to pay for it

the price was fair the light and light switch and plug for hair dryer in vanity did not work at all

Very safe area, clean room, close to grocery store, restaurant, easy access to highway. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect, just right off of I-35 south, in and off the Interstate but not too close. No noise at all. We slept comfortably, the bed was comfortable. .The location was great. There's places to eat nearby, even walking distance and a grocery and gas station nearby. The only thing I did notice was a tear in the comforter on the bed, but we did not use the comforter, we brought our own blanket from home.

Staff were friendly and respectful of our property when they went in the room to change the towels and throw out the trash. I have nothing bad to say.

N/A When I checked into my room the A/C was on and blowing cold, I liked tht but the room itself was not cleaned, the bed had no sheets no cover. I went back to the front desk got a new room and as I entered tht room it was the same but had a cover. As an ex-housekeeper I didn’t like the environment but the other hotels were full so I jst stayed, I asked for sheets and I will put them in myself. Later in the night as my husband went to shower, well the shower had no shower head? bad night but I think I do deserve a refund. What I was told they have no housekeepers so if ur looking they are hiring.
