Best Western Plus Swiss Chalet Hotel & Suites

I don't understand why the espresso machine is turned off from 3 am till 11 am. But I am just as happy with no espresso machine. It would be nice to have fresh milk with the coffee from 3 am till 6 am at the least.

The property was great. It was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed the pool area.

The restroom in my room was not cleaned , they said they would give me a night free do to the restroom being not.cloeaned

This is one of the best hotels we’ve stopped at in a long time! The staff were super friendly. There was some remodeling going on in the lobby area but it all still looked nice. The room we stayed it was perfect for our family of six for my wife and I and our 4 kids. The breakfast was so tasty in the morning. There’s an indoor pool which is phenomenal. We will definitely plan on staying here again!!

The hotel was clean, staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very large and neatly organized. The hotel is a bit outdated, found some mold around the tub and fixtures in the bathroom. The vanity is outside of the bathroom as well, and there’s only one for the 2 bedroom suite. Overall I would stay here again but it’s just not as updated as I had expected.

This is a gem of a property that shows a real pride of ownership. It has been owned by the same family for over 60 years. The staff and management work hard to maintain this property and provide for everything a traveler or visitor to the area needs. They provide the best free breakfast I've ever had, an updated and comfortable business center, 2 onsite restaurants that provide home cooked meals and 1 has a full bar. The rooms are clean and the manager gave us a tour of the suites inside which have extra rooms. He explained that he will be updating the rooms in the near future, although ours was clean and comfortable. The property even provides a well done car wash! I can't say enough about this property except that it took too long to discover it (I've driven this drive for over 30 years to visit family).

Although this is an older property, it is beautiful and has been well maintained. Our room was lovely, updated, and comfortable. The gym is AWESOME; it is the largest and best equipped of any I have ever used on the road. I highly recommend this Best Western!
