It was a good hotel until I went to shower the had really hot water the shower handle wasn’t working right. Cold water showers really suck the front desk young lady was no help she just said she would have maintenance go check it out 3 nights later no resolve yall suck with a cold water shower and her telling me to turn the dial to red. Really

Ac was not working properly room felt humid and mini fridge was dirty upon arrival.Pool closed earlier than hours posted very disappointed its my usual hotel when Im in the area but will need to reconsider.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Pet friendly was a plus, we were traveling with two dogs. I would stay there again definitely.

Beds were Beyond comfy, breakfast variety was amazing. Literally nothing... except maybe being able to hear guests close their doors and get in and on the elevator, but our room was right next to it. And... could be a little cheaper to help the wallet. But you get what you pay for, so i'm happy to pay a bit more for quality.($175+ $25 pet fee)

The only problems we had were the key cards and the long time it takes to get hot water to the room. It was such a waste of water.
