The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Pet friendly was a plus, we were traveling with two dogs. I would stay there again definitely.

And... could be a little cheaper to help the wallet. But you get what you pay for, so i'm happy to pay a bit more for quality.($175+ $25 pet fee)

The only problems we had were the key cards and the long time it takes to get hot water to the room. It was such a waste of water.

I checked in went to 3rd floor room and keys didnt open door. Went back to elevator got in pressed lobby and elevator dropped drastically and threw myself and the luggage cart. Then lights went out and emergency and help buttons did not work. Doors would not open. Nothing worked. I immediately called 911. Eventually an officer arrived and he yelled through the door that he had to reset the elevator. He did so the elevator turned on and went up and down and the doors opened. I got off thanked him. Went to front desk and told the guy keys didnt work and i was stuck in elevator. That guy was clueless grabbed my keys and reprogrammed them. Never acknowledged the elevator incident. My husband asked to do a report and he said the manager would be there in the morning to do a report. In the morning the girl at the front desk said the manager is on vacation. In addition, our keys stopped working once again and the front doors to hotel that were automatic would not open. Felt like we were in the Bernuda Triangle. Total NIGHTMARE. I have contacted Wyndham Corporate office 3 days ago and the only thing I got was an automated email response that they received my message. Horrible Hotel and I will never stay at another Wyndham La Quinta.

Everything was good except the television service wasn't working due to storm damage. Staff was great and they feed dinner to their guests at no charge.
