The hotel room is consistently dirty when I stay here I was left with empty shampoo and conditioner bottles with no internet when I asked about repairs I was told it wasn’t a priority to fix shitty hotel experience

The room stank the ac was brokenly loud the bathroom was dirty and the elevator was broken I’m recommending we don’t stay there anymore to the person who books our rooms

Tv didn’t work. Tub was dirty. Breakfast was bare bones one fruit of each variety. The elevator was broken. The room I reserved wasn’t cleaned so they had to give me ones with a smaller bed. I was exhausted from driving all day so just slept and left.

Hair dryer, coffee machine and juice machine were all broken. Pool and exersize room were appreciated. Overall was way overpriced for the value. Would not stay again. There was a very nice Mexican lady cleaning the breakfast area afterwards, once she learns English she deserves a better position.

Room furniture was dirty and had stains. The shower was also not clean. The ironing board cover was torn. The breakfast was not fresh. The hotel was also very hot.

The room were comfy The pool was horrible and had a bad odor our clothes smelt horrible afterwards had to throw away all clothing cause scent would not come out

The room was old and run down. The carpet and couch were disgusting. The bathtub/shower was gross. Small fruit flies in the room. Super gross and would never stay here again.

Location ok but bath tub was dirty rooms not clean and refrigerator not clean food left over from previous night front desk was really nice and helpful breakfast was ok
