The staff was friendly, and moved us from a room that needed attention . Unfortunately the facility as a whole needs a lot of work , in general it’s run down . The ice maker on our floor was not working . The signage to certain places like laundry / ice machine / vending machines was lacking .The hot breakfast portion the eggs tasted like powdered eggs , sausage was meh.
