When checking in, the front desk was on her phone for several minutes scrolling before she ever noticed i was standing there. Also, the plumbing for the jacuzzi tub wasnt quite right and took a really long time to fill up.

The breakfast was good. The staff was excellent. Ms. Liberties was very helpful and knowledgeable about the city and the things happening where she works. The night clerk was very friendly and helpful and well. Thanks guys for making our stay pleasant. My view from my windows. There were not any flowers or anything to look at, fake or real.

The check in was very quick. They got me in super fast to my tom and all was great service.

The mattress felt like I was sleeping on a boxspring. Very uncomfortable. The faucet plug to turn on shower was stuck/broken and the water pressure was bad. Hotel was clean. Friendly staff.

I did a cross country road trip where I stayed at a lot of hotels. Pecos had the worst rooms but also I had the most fun here. The pool was the warmest and had a giant chess set. Close to a park as well and had a upgraded smart TV. Lots of the other hotels that to stayed at with nicer and more updated rooms had a closed in door pool or the pools were heated and freezing. None of them had anything fun like a giant chess set either.

We really enjoyed our stay in Hampton Inn Pecos. The place was nice and clean. We enjoyed the room for fitness and the pool. Good choices for breakfast and the employees there were really nice. I want to come back soon.
