I could not have asked for a better stay (except for my accident) especially since we were travelling with our pets.

This is a facility that mostly caters to traveling oil workers. It's in good condition, but it's not pristine. Definitely you get what you pay for. The staff was an absolute delight.

Customer Service was fantastic. We enjoyed complimentary beer and friendly staff. Our double queen room was super spacious. However, whenever the room above us took a shower, water would flow through our bathroom ceiling, specifically through the light fixtures. The curtain in the room was remote controlled and there was a sign on the curtain that said the remote wasn’t working so we couldn’t open the window curtain. This made the room feel like a prison. Important question is would I stay again. I’d say no. Not because it was terrible, but I’d want to explore other options in this town. My friend wanted to wear sandals in the shower. I think that’s telling as well.

Only negative was the price for a property that is off the beaten path….$200 per night plus $50 for our dog. Otherwise the property was fine.

They could not pull up my Hilton honors number at checkin, and then they gave me the wrong room. I stayed in the wrong room, and the TV didnt work. They said they couldnt switch my room, so i had no tv for my entire stay in the wrong room. I will not be staying here again.

The room has not been kept up to standard since it was built. I was in and out each day so I did not notice the issues until my last night of the visit. The window cover had a hole in it and was destroyed at the bottom. The bathroom vents were rusted, the ceiling in the bathroom had been noticeably repaired, the bathtub had rusted spots and the ceiling above the shower had a large bubble from a current leak. I had noticed that the tub was wet when I returned one night but assumed that the shower head had retained water and slowly leaked. On the last night I looked up and there was a huge bubble of water. I brought it to the attention of the staff and they simply said, “we know there’s a leak.” This is unacceptable. If there is a known issue why are they still allowed to rent out the room. I will not be returning.

It was very clean and super comfy. Everyone was nice. I highly recommend staying here.

The room was clean and I particularly loved the layout and what the room offered, genius. Don't know if we'll be back to Pecos, but certainly I'm a Home2 Suites fan from now on.

the place is very clean. the staff is friendly and overall is meet my expectation. I love the room we had. I dont get to explore the rest of the Amenities due to lack of time, like visiting to the lounge area during the day time, going to the pool and to the gym.

I just wish we had more pillows on the bed.

The hotel is an hour away from where we wanted to stay and we received an email stating that the charges would be refunded but it never was.
