Staybridge Suites Pecos by IHG

I stayed at this hotel for a week and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel is currently UNDER CONSTRUCTION, with dust everywhere, and guests are not properly informed beforehand about how many amenities are unavailable. The laundry room was a major problem. Only 2 washers were working, and NONE of the 4 dryers were heating properly. If you are staying for several days and need to do laundry, this is a serious inconvenience. The pool was CLOSED the entire week of my stay. The business center, meeting room, great room, and den were also unavailable. These are amenities guests expect to have access to when choosing and paying for a hotel. The walls and floors are extremely thin. I stayed on the second floor and could clearly hear employees talking in the breakfast area early in the morning. There is very little soundproofing, so don’t expect a quiet morning. The alarm also went off around 7:00 AM during breakfast on multiple occasions, and staff didn’t even make a proper announcement letting guests know what was happening or whether the alarm could be disregarded. The suites and bathrooms were also very dirty, which made the construction dust and overall condition of the hotel even worse. Customer service was another major disappointment. After staying for 4 days, I went to the front desk and requested clean towels. The employee told me that I had to bring all of my dirty towels downsta

Very nice place to stay overnight. Right next to United so that helps. FREE washer/dryer and that was a plus since I washed my husband's work clothes while I was in town. Will stay there again.

Very nice hotel, the service is excellent, and the food and breakfast they offer are delicious.

Nothing! Staff was horrible and they don’t answer the phone. Everything sucked about it.

The complementary breakfast buffet offered better than average hot options and my favorite, hard boiled eggs. Cautious of the fruit options; they were not that fresh.

The clerk was very friendly and also the breakfast was excellent . Had a variety of fruits and the cook was very nice and friendly. Close to everything. All the personnel was great.

Clean and comfortable Horrible breakfast. The fruit and fruit juice were spoiled. The bread and bagels were week old hard. The coffee nope. Just all food in general. Have stayed in cheaper hotels with no breakfast issues. The staff was bad. We always had to wait over 20 min for someone to show up to the reception.

Great location and was very clean love that our room was very spacious with a full kitchen. The elevators need to be fixed

Location was fine. Property is adequate and rooms were comfortable and clean. At check in they told us breakfast would start at 6:30am. We planned our itinerary around it and set our alarms to get ourselves and 4 kids ready and dressed to eat and leave after breakfast. When we came downstairs the breakfast area was closed. We asked at the front desk and they said usually breakfast is at 6:30am but not today beacuse it's a weekend day. Well, that's not what they told us and since we were ready to go and the kids were hungry we had to leave without eating and take everyone out for breakfast instead. They were unapologetic.

Amazing breakfast. Huge indoor pool and best mattress!

Right off the highway, lots of fast food restaurants and a supermarket right next to it.
