Room was clean, shower was terrible no hot water to speak of, no coffee in the room, coffee in the lobby was terrible and Luke warm. Garbage over spilling outside in the can. Hotel needs some needed attention.

Staff was great and super friendly! Walking into the hotel it was clean and nice .. elevator had a horrible smell .. then we got to our room and at first glance it seemed to be ok . Then I went to use the restroom.. the sink hasn’t been cleaned out .. hair of all different colors were on the counter, floor , and shower .. bed was comfortable but the fitted sheet kept coming off throughout the night . Will not be staying there again based on cleanliness.

The sheets gave me itching issues, maybe too much bleach or maybe due to the extremely high winds with blowing dirt might have something to do with the itching issues. The shower took a bit of a while to warm up and I wish that all hotel/motels had better lighting in the bathrooms. The tv was small but I didn't come to watch tv, but for the price of the room I don't mind small TVs. I had a very peaceful sleep. I asked for a paper copy of my receipt but for some reason the copier was not connected to the laptop being used to check us in...hmmm.

This is definitely not a holiday rooms are dated. Breakfast is horrible all around a bad experience. Avoid it all cost.

Advertised pool had no water. Room advertised as ?hearing impaired? but was WC accessible too. Bathtub had 5 handrails and a bench and we didn?t feel safe with my mentally handicapped sister trying to navigate around them. Clerk stated she spoke to mgr
