My reservation disappeared. Thank God I called ahead. I booked my room through Booking.com. When I called to let them front desk know I would be pulling in late in the evening, They told me there was no reservation. I had to stay in another city.

Air Conditioner works well. But they do lack with toiletries.

The room we requested --- Accessible room with tub shower combo is not available at this facility -- Website is incorrect. We were there three days for a family member's medical issue. Was having surgery an hours drive away. The cleaning staff never came to clean room or change towels. We had to get extra towels due to water going out of shower area into the bathroom. This has happened so many times- this is why we request a tub shower combo. Breakfast not great. Items needed to be refilled and staff person on couch laid back and texting. Another guest stated that coffee was out and she said OK and proceeded to text. My husband left. McDonald's right across the parking lot. Great service there!!

Pictures on internet mislead actual facilities. Sticky carpets. Smelly. Small. Moldy ceiling. Ripped sheets. See above

Location was ok and hotel was clean and comfortable There were two rooms with people banging against the walls all night and into the morning, yelling and obviously on drugs. Doors were propped open to their rooms and when staff was told about it they didn’t care almost like they were involved.

I travel a lot and this is one of the worst hotels that I've stayed in. Very dirty. The bed had been made but the sheets had been slept in! The mini fridge would not get cold. The dining area for the free breakfast was dirty. Most of the dining chairs were turned upside down on the tables with an hour left in the serving timeframe. Bagels were hard and stale. I could go on...

Nothing really, place was mid but staff was horrible, they asked me to checkout a hour early and even woke me up 2 hours before checkout, asked me to leave by 11 when online and on the paperwork it said 12 Nothing
