Parking is easy.

They lied about the availability of rooms and when you show up they just tell you the room you reserved is gone and the only one available is a single bed and is for handicapped people

Television did not work in my room. Computer for guests in lobby did not work. Front desk employees were very helpful and did a great job. Housekeepers were busy and seemed to be working hard. Other than the electronics issues mentioned here, I had a nice stay at Microtel.

Close to love truck stop The elevators were broken. We had a lot of stuff to carry up three flights of stairs.

Carpet was sticky. One side table was missing. TV was not work. Water pressure in shower very low.

It was close to loves and 2,restaurants and had parking for my husband’s truck and 53 foot trailer The beds were hard and felt like we were sleeping on a rock

I have lots of pictures to share of how dirty the room was along with hallways will never stay again nor recommend

There are no amenities other than breakfast. No ice machine, no vending. Don’t let the pictures in the app fool you. Small rooms easy to hear stuff happening next door. Decent TV

My reservation disappeared. Thank God I called ahead. I booked my room through Booking.com. When I called to let them front desk know I would be pulling in late in the evening, They told me there was no reservation. I had to stay in another city.

The room we requested --- Accessible room with tub shower combo is not available at this facility -- Website is incorrect. We were there three days for a family member's medical issue. Was having surgery an hours drive away. The cleaning staff never came to clean room or change towels. We had to get extra towels due to water going out of shower area into the bathroom. This has happened so many times- this is why we request a tub shower combo. Breakfast not great. Items needed to be refilled and staff person on couch laid back and texting. Another guest stated that coffee was out and she said OK and proceeded to text. My husband left. McDonald's right across the parking lot. Great service there!!
