never offered to clean room , for which we booked 4 days. bugs . no cofee no clean towels, lady in front was helpful with giving me info o n how to try to get a refund for early check out

Staff were often not at the facility or were waiting 30 minutes because staff were in the bathroom. We had to obtain a new key card or have it reactivated each day, and then wait for the staff to arrive.

Hotel has a very good location Rooms are bad nothing compared to the pictures on line.
