Courteous staff and great parking!

No call prior to my arrival and then was charged a no show fee,

Disappointing

Horribleeeee stay! Staff was never there in the morning my room key didnt work half of my stay and had to wait hours before anyone could help me or open my room! Wanted to cancel but they didnt want to give me a refund expedia didnt help either! Will never stay at a place like this again!

There were three others (potential) guests in the lobby that also had prepaid booking that were being turned away. So upsetting to see a family with kids and a disabled woman turned away with no other economical books available locally. I’ve stayed here 8 or 9 times, never again.

Everything that I asked for clean towels , toilet paper, pots and pans, they were out of or didn't have it even though it was included in the amenities list. Everytime I went to the front desk no one was there and they never respond to phone calls.

On two other occasions, I arrived after 5pm and rooms were ready until 6pm and 7pm, respectfully. On one occasion, I was looking for some dish washing liquid and found a patron’s food in the cabinets. On 7 or 8 bookings, something was missing. Sometimes towels, sometimes soap, once my room was missing pillows. It’s cheap and close to my jobsite or I would have stayed elsewhere. The only positive is the linens are clean and the showers are hot.

The room is not clean, no towels, dirty floors. Bath tub faucet leaking A LOT. The manager only works day shift. So several things cannot be completed cause he is not there

I booked 2 rooms online. When I arrived, they said there weren't any rooms available. Charged my card for them anyways

The location was great I had to go down daily to get a towel. My socks were dirty from the floor and the tub looked like it had not been cleaned in a month

There was animal hair all over the floor and on the air conditioning. The tub was also covered in animal hair. There was what looked like cigarette ash in the drawer of the night stand

I came to this hotel knowing it was budget friendly but was hoping bc it was at least clean. Far from it wasn’t the word. I walked in and got an immediate pre and weed smell that tickled my nostrils as soon as i stood in line to check in. The staff took every bit of 30 minutes to get me checked in considering one of them was high as a kite. I then went to check out the room i was staying in 207 never forget it. I walked in the room opened the door through the piss smell and walked to the bed and sat down. I then proceeded to get up walk to the bathroom see that the toilet had not even tried to be cleaned and left. I then came back and checked out because i was definitely not laying my head there. Through my annoyance the staff told me i would be getting a refund. I never received such refund because of third party. They attempted to contact the hotel through phone and no one was there. I even went back to the hotel property while the phone was ringing i was shouting for someone to come answer the phone so they could process the refund they said they would give me. Welp it’s Saturday the next week and now i just charged the refund to the game at this point. 10/10 would not recommend

Everyone was friendly, but the place is a wreck! No towels--really?!

Front desk staff exceptional service

I came to check in and no one was there and I couldn’t get a hold of any customer service I had to book another hotel that was much more expensive. Hoping I can get a refund but still can’t reach any one.
