I absolutely was disgusted with this place dirty towels dirty room run down property and I do this for a living. The only thing that made this stay worth it was the staff I wish I could hirer them myself best customer service I’ve seen in a while sad that’s where they are because it need a lot of work and love. It was nothing like there pictures led me to believe it would look like or be like!!!

We didn't get in till late at night like two or three in the morning first thing we noticed is the bedspread is completely stained and filthy. But we're exhausted so stay there anyways go to use the bathroom the shower curtain has black handprints all over it and I think it's black mold growing in the bathroom window. Next was the bathtub when you tried itto ke a shower and it's shaped like a v-hole boat really hard to stand up and.

Disappointing

No ice, dirty bedding, no fridge or microwave. Had to sleep on my own blankets I brought for fear there were bedbugs. Very disappoint. I would have thought at $88.88 I would at least have clean bedding.

When we arrived it was not at all like it looked in the pictures. There were dead larvae in the bed. Stains on the bed sheets. The floor was dirty and there were stains and boot prints all over the wall. It was NASTY

They didn’t have the room I paid for. I needed 1 room with 2 beds so my children could sleep on a bed. The person checking us in blamed Expedia for over booking. They then offered us 2 seperate rooms with one bed each. Me and my husband had to seperate but ok was just for a night. HOWEVER the extra room they gave us was filthy. The floor was so bad that within two minutes my toddlers feet were black and had what looked like dog hair everywhere. On top of that and both bathrooms were gross to the point none of us showered. I couldn’t let them be barefoot and was barely able to sleep.

Bed bugs. Disgusting. Don’t ever stay here. Worst mistake of my life.

You get what you pay for, a cheap room. Nothing fancy. No fridge/microwave, ours didn’t even have a smoke detector with a battery. The staff was helpful, smooth check in/out.

In a sudden flutter of desperate resolve, I abandoned the threshold of my own doubt and stepped inside. I must ask them, I thought, if they have ever heard of this Motel West, or if I have simply lost my footing in time altogether. And there, the truth revealed itself with the dull thud of mundane reality. It was a matter of history—undisclosed history. How easily a line of text might have spared the spirit: “Formerly the Pendleton Inn suites” A simple postscript to bridge the past and the present. But no such grace was afforded, and so the mind was left to freak out in the quiet vacuum of the unknown. Yet, how quickly the tempest clears. The clock had marched relentlessly into the late hours, yet the souls behind the desk offered an unexpected kindness, receiving me without friction. And the room itself? A quiet triumph of order. Clean, arranged, decent. The chaos of the road dissolved into the stark, comforting geometry of a well-kept room. A turbulent journey, yes, bu

Walked up to the door it looked sketchy shut the door and could still see outside through parts that didn't seal properly. I then walked in to the room being at least 80°+(enough to start all of us sweating at 11pm). I then go to turn ac on and notice an entire window seal full of dead bugs. I started looking around and even more dead bugs scattered throughout the room. The towels were stained, looked unwashed, had hairs sticking out of them, and the bedding had random hairs as well as the pillow. When taking a shower the towel I laid out on the floor was empty but getting out another dead bug was there. Overall my family won't ever go there again was not worth the rate paid for this room.
