I lost my medicine. I was very upset because it was thrown away from housekeeping. I worked in housekeeping in the past and never when there was a stay over did I touch anything besides the laundry and garbage. However the staff literally went through the garbage to try to find it and that was over and beyond. They said breakfast, it was cereal and coffee. Pool was clean, room was clean, grounds were clean, staff was nice, bed was so comfortable I want buy one exactly like that. First night was great and then I got above neighbors and they waked loud med furniture ( literally).

Good central location and nice pool area for relaxation. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

The room had a musty smell, and the floors were dirty. My white socks turned black after just 10 minutes of walking around. The shower essentials were missing, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Breakfast options were limited to toast, eggs waffles, cereal, packets of oatmeal, and yogurts, with no juices. The only beverages available were bottled water and coffee.

The front desk staff were so nice and helpful with checking in and directions! Room was simple, but nice and clean, and it's in a quiet area. It's in a good spot location wise to get to the beach, not far at all and quick to get to! I would definitely stay here again!

It was probably my favorite stay in Pensacola. I will definitely be there again soon. Perfect location, loved touring downtown.

The hotel is really old and is not very well maintained. The room had a weird smell. The toilet didn’t flush properly and the shower wasn’t great. The beds were fine.

Location and pool

Staff was awesome and the pool was very good and parking lot was well lit. Room felt dirty since there were a couple of live carpenter ants and a dead roach. It’s obviously an older property and was a bit musty.

For the price the room was clean enough. Some sand still on the bed with clean linens. Could have been from the wash? The door did not seem secure. There was a gap on the middle towards the bottom that made you feel uneasy as anyone could kick the doo open. Continental breakfast is offered but no fruit only waffles, oatmeal, toast and cereal. It was a pit stop for us so it served its purpose but not for long stay.

Great value, nice big clean pool. Clean room. Pleasant staff. Good wifi and cable tv. Cereal, toast, yogurt style breakfast. Old tub with overlay in bottom. Limited electrical outlets with nearby surface for charging items.
