Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean.

It was a nice hotel all in all. The staff were super helpful and very nice. Close to a lot of good food spots. The only downfall was that I got charged for linen change even though I never got that and the power was out for a few hours one of the days so it got pretty hot in the room. I would stay here again.

Be aware that they might not honor your online reservations. They also won’t refund you the money.

Close to I10. Local stores and gas. Very basic i.e. room and a bed. Not very clean i.e. used gum in the kitchen sink, old soap on the bathroom floor and dust and hair on the floor. Poor toiletries.

Location was great . The general manager was very rude to me after I expressed my dislike for the condition of the room.

Water was out for a large portion of the trip.

Staff was wonderful First room didn’t have A/C but they moved me to another room no problem but the next room had a smell and the facet in the bathroom had very low pressure but I had an event to be at so I didn’t asked to be moved again. Staff was amazing. He offered reward points, but this wasn’t the best stay.

Rooms were clean but no towels or extra toilet paper. Staff was very friendly. House keeping needs work.

Rude service

Good location next to Walmart and shopping . The floors are all laminated. No carpet . Youl could hear everything and everyone . Every open and closing door, reminded me of being in a hospital room .

The room smelled like mildew and popcorn. Now amount of room spray can fix that

Convenient location and room was clean. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, hard, and every time my husband moved it made a clunking noise. The noise above us was loud. We had only 2 washcloths and 2 bath towels, no hand towels and no Kleenex. The stream of water from the faucet was not even pencil width. They have no ice machine on site nor breakfast.

Kudos and thanks for their part in a Great Father's day weekend.

Nice property at a great price

We made a reservation when we got there at midnight the Lady said she doesn’t have rooms for us he name was Jordan because we r latinos and they did charge us ahead of time so she said there was no manager and that she couldn’t do a refund and walked away leaving us there at front desk
