Sheets and bedding were dirty. Had food dried up under the covers. Windows were filthy. Towels had blood stains on them. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were terrible.

The staff. The room I booked with you did not exist. I had to pay out of pocket for the correct room. I have disputed the charge with Amex. Your website is out of date and false advertising.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! I don't think I have honestly stayed anywhere else that made me feel like a priority. I will say it did seem like the attention to maintenance was a tad low. For example, the seal on the bottom of my room door was torn.

Staff was great. Amenities were great. Wasn't as clean as it could of been. I was expecting 2 separate bedrooms because that's what the description said bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. But there was just 2 beds in a room. That was very disappointing.
