Everything was very nice and luxury. You first walk in and it smells amazing inside. Breakfast is delicious. Room was super clean and big and we really enjoyed the comfort. They even welcomed me through the tv and said welcome to my name. It felt very nice. Staff was kind. Pool was so nice and relaxing too! I would highly recommend staying here it’s a very nice place and you will feel happy.

I wish the shower had two horizontal safety bars instead of one vertical safety bar. I did not feel safe. I am older and have a real fear of falling. Horizontal safety bars are more effective for me.

After a LONG day of driving, it was a delight to stop here for an overnight stay. They were very friendly and accommodating. The place is new and clean. We got a good night’s rest, and enjoyed coffee and breakfast to go before continuing our road trip the next day. Highly recommend!

Clean room; Great Breakfast! Ac needs upgrade-stayed here because our ac failed at home; room was warm all night so unfortunately I sweated all night. Was charged a $200 discretionary damage fee which we were told will be refunded after we satisfactorily check out but it is holding up funds for days that I was not expecting to have to pay on top of an AC repair, and the cost of staying in a warm hotel room. I am a 33 year resident of Pensacola, a US Army Veteran with a significant limp and a pacemaker-no danger of me, my very tired husband and service dog partying and doing damage after checking at midnight to escape a boiling hot home. I did speak to a wonderful woman today at the hotel who told me she would bring it to her supervisors attention to perhaps do more training with staff as to better use of discretion. I also advised that I can't find any disclosure of such fee on their website, my Hilton Honors site not on Hotels.com whose care team advised me all fees and policies should be disclosed. I know I will get my money back eventually, but its the premise. With an AC repair underway I need every penny I have available. Maybe this can be a learning moment for leadership to define what "discretionary" means. I am 55 years old and I have never been charged a damage fee nor done any damage to any properties I have stayed at with Hilton. I get that the hotel needs a failsafe, but more discretion and common sense is needed in deciding who is a risk, not the Vet & her dog

My stay was canceled the day of by the property. I made this reservation several months in advance. I contacted the property the day of and asked about an early check in and was told yes. When I arrived the staff gave no explanation and only stated my reservation was canceled and I would have to contact Booking.com for a refund. I spoke to customer service that day and was told I would reimbursed for the difference in price if I make a reservation at a different hotel through Booking.com. I made the reservation. After my stay I contacted Booking.com customer service I am still waiting on a response over a week later.
