It meets the minimum requirements for a motel.

Visibly dirty bathroom walls. Bug (roach?) in bathroom and breakfast room. Breakfast options were pre-packaged donuts, oatmeal packets, packaged waffles, juice, & coffee. Would have changed hotels, but could not easily find another option. We left as much as possible in the car to minimize the risk of getting bugs in our belongings. Will never try Super 8 again.

We checked in and proceeded to our room right behind the office. Upon entering room 101, everything looked great, almost freshly renovated. Upon inspecting the beds, we found mold on the matress covers. The night clerk promptly changed our room to 219. As we entered, the room was not as freshly refurbished in appearance, but wasn't bad. Clean bathroom, clean beds, clean floor, looked promising. We closed the door and proceeded to get settled. Until we saw it. Behind the entry door, on the freshly painted wall, mold was coming through the paint, and a large amount of it. The night clerk gave me the card of the manager and apologized. The family and I left to go to another hotel. I spoke to the manager the next morning and she promptly apologized and authorized a refund for our stay. This is why I awarded them the stars I did.

Room was clean. Nice place

The room keys barely worked. The shower didn’t work due to faucet not working and coming off altogether. I feel like I needed to leave a review to inform others. Luckily they changed our room and it had great running water with hot water. The water was either warm or HOT. The shower with hot water made the place an ok experience. If you have the money get a different hotel. If not then you get what you pay for.

The room floor was wet due to a/c moisture I guess. Also dirty. No breakfast despite being advertised as included, only coffee and donuts. Very poor service and was no cheap either. $126 a night. I would never stay there again.

This hotel is in need of major renovation. The elevator sounded like it was breaking while going up and down. The tub had a depression trapping water so it would not drain and flushing the toilet would affect the water temperature. Mold and lots of dust in the bathroom. The floor was sticky and smelled sour like it had been mopped with a dirty mop. I ordered a room for five to sleep, it was 2 queen beds and a 24” wide cushion on the window sill. The light switches did not do anything and the electrical outlets are very worn out and need to be replaced. Some made popping sounds when plugging my phone charger in. The staff was nice. Complimentary breakfast was coffee/juice and Donettes? Plan to eat out for breakfast.

Good location and the staff were pleasant. You had to keep the room colder than 73 or the floors would be wet with humidity. The TV kept turning off and the man at the front desk had to come several times to fix it. The toilet kept running

This property looked nothing like the pictures online when I booked, the paint on the walls was coming off and poorly done, the floors were dented in and coming away from the wall, not all light switches worked, there was a roach in the light by the window, the bathroom sink faucet was broken, the tub floor was broken shaped like a half pipe so the water would collect and not drain, they lie online about a buffet breakfast they literally just put out tiny packs of donuts, the hallways reeked of bad Indian food. It was just a disgusting place especially for the amount I paid.

Bery deteriorated plus weird smells in the hallways. Loose faucets, no biulbs in lamps. Non functioning ice machine. Very limited breakfast mostly jusy coffee, small doughnuts & juice

mold in the room, damp smell through out, tv and phone non op, stains on sheets, paid for suite but received regular room, carpet dingy,

This is fine for perhaps a single guy, but not suitable for women or children. Attn HUSBANDS; Do NOT book here!! Your wife will be pissed!

The floor between the bathroom and room is sagging. Hot water is too hot. Could cause burns.

Clean room,good staff,safe parking

I've never had a bad experience at this particular location until last visit. The room could've been cleaned better. Floor ended up wet due to humidity and the outcome was horrible. You can tell that it hadn't been mopped in awhile because it was filthy.

Reserve again 😃 The only issue was the body wash container inside the shower was empty. … Staff & Housekeepers had awesome customer service skills …

A/C was cool. TV didn't connect to internet, couldn't watch. Room was small and not laid out very well. Curtains did not close fully. Price was almost double the regular price, because it was Memorial Day weekend.

Floor was damp as if there wasn't a moisture barrier under the flooring. Room smelled musty upon entering. Mold on walls and ceiling in bathroom. Exhaust fan in bathroom doesn't work properly. Shower handle was broken and wouldn't regulate temperature causing the water to get too hot. You have to sign in to the wifi to watch the TV. WiFi buffered the entire stay. Laundry services are listed on website for the hotel and through hotels.com, yet when I asked the desk attendant about them, she chuckled and said there isn't any and never has been any. Maids were nice and they supplied everything we needed.
