The room was good especially for the price and the pool was clean. The staff was a different story. Put the DND sign on door and dirty towels in hall when we left. Got back from the beach and asked for towels and front desk refused and sent house keeping to the room to interrogate us about the dirty towels then was told to talk to front desk. Still didn't get any towels had to go buy towels so we could shower.

I was pleased with the service, and especially loved all the employees there. Will be back!!! The room had great ac and very quiet in my room. I felt safe as well.

Found cockroaches inside.

Room was small but all I needed. Loved the shower .very clean for older hotel. Price was wonderful. Staff very acommodating. Air was great.

It was a relaxing room with comfortable beds. The lady at the front desk accommodated my request for a first floor room and was helpful and communicative.

Upon arrival I Got my room on line . Made it to Red Roof inn from driving 7 plus hours … Had to wait over 1 hour The staff say she didn’t see nothing for my check in .. I showed her my confirmation number as well as the email that was sent . Seth staff still suggested that I pay there . Finally when that issue was resolved.. Seth staff had a hard time card keys to the room .. After that issue then I had to go upstairs over 4 times to try to get into the room that was issued to me . h however some one was in that room .. Them I was issued another room . An the key card was only on Red so I couldn’t get into that room .. I went back down stairs and asked if I could just get a refund ( I only wanted to take a shower a get rest ) The Staff rekeyed the card and asked me to go try once again an make sure the room was cleaned up to my standards.. At this point I was feed up so I suggested for her to go check … that next morning I spoke with the Manager an he credited my account Only $ 25 dollars … I guess something is better then Nothing … My Room was Cleaned .. Yet the Lamsp beside the bed & Base was dusty …. Thanks For my stay what a long day

Mold on the bathroom door, torn bed linens, algae in pool, very warm in lobby and smelled moldy.

The room smelled like mold. The door key device had mold on it. The floor on one side of the bed felt like it was going to fall in. The price of 131.00 was to much would have gotten another room if I could some were eles but none were available. Will never go there again.

This place is a legit health hazard, I'm not sure how they haven't been shut down yet. Don't waste your time or money staying in this nasty place! Definitely the exact opposite of the pictures they have listed.

The bathroom door was rotten Dirty bed sheets.

The smell was extremely bad . The staff was helpful, but the stench in that whole hotel is not good at all. I tried to clean and give it a different smell, but it’s very bad.
