Everything overall There was nothing to dislike

The staffs were excellent! The Breakfast with the cinnamon rolls were great!

Lexi, the front desk clerk was so sweet. She always spoke to us and asked how our day was spent. Ms. Eliza was the breakfast attendant. She is absolutely a sweetheart. She will assist your every need and make you feel like family. The entire staff was really great and friendly. We were always being greeted.

Location, location, location, no matter where we wanted to go it was always simple Highway 10 right around the corner, room was clean and the bed was as soft as a cloud..plenty of restaurants within 5 minute drive, air conditioner work perfectly, and most of all there was no bugs anywhere,which is hard for Florida hotels..would definitely go back and will refer as many people as possible about this location..

Great location, very helpful staff. But the rooms look worn. The ceiling in my room had been patched numerous times. One of the sofa cushions lad a large tear. Scratches and chips in all of the furniture. Things like that.

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, nice breakfast selection. Gym in good condition. Would stay here again.

Ice machine

They charged my card six hours before I arrived, the desk clerk at check in was rude, as well as rude and acted out out when I called and told her the AC in room wasn't working properly. She came up to the room and did something to the unit whick made it kick on and then said well the bed is in front of the AC and it's not a good design. Needless to say the AC didn't work in the room in the middle of the summer. Front desk clerk at checkout was rude as well. The only good thing about this was the breakfast was good.

This facility was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We missed the waffle maker. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Clean room small fridge needs to be a better little bigger fridge but it was ok. No coffee pot in the room was disappointing. But they have a coffee bar down stairs in lobby. Breakfast is a full hot bar breakfast buffet!! Very good. Beds are very comfortable! They use Dove toiletries in rooms. Pool is indoor and small but it's a pool and heated in winter is great! Exercise room is small but great as well! 9½ out of 10 for sure!! Only a $25 deposit when check in. It was back on my card 30 mins after I left. Awesome 👍

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was great. Easy Che k in and check out.

The room smelled

The hotel staff were very nice and sweet, especially to the kids. The pool was clean and maintained, breakfast and the attendant were great! Cleaning staff were nice. Overall great stay.

Location and friendly service.

When we checked in, we were helped by Blake who was completely thorough on what all the amenities were. She suggested places to eat and we were impressed by her knowledge. The reason for only a good rating is this: I could not get into the bed easily. I am 5'4" and the bed was above my waist. A thick mattress and thick box springs on a platform made it so hard to climb in the bed. I brought that to the attention of the staff as we checked out and was informed that they had step stools OR I could ask for room 107...it had a low bed...what? How would I have known any of that? The breakfast was great and the lady managing it was a hoot! I didn't get her name but she was a bright smile in the morning.
