This place was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No amenities at all. It was dirty had bugs and trash was all over in the parking lots. There was no outside seating. Someone had a dog and it barked constantly keeping me up all night. The staff was not real friendly either. Do not recommend this place at all!

Extended stay Northwest is uniquely different, the staff make you feel like family. I Work with the public and I immediately appreciate great customer service. The property is extremely clean, and well maintained, its a secure and safe environment at a terrific price, I highly recommend the Extended Stay Northwest.

One star is even too high! This was the absolutely the most horrible place we've ever stayed!

We got checked in at about 9:45pm. When we got to our room we had dirty/stained bedding with hair on it. Shower would not drain there was a bunch of hair in the bathtub as well. It was 10:01 by the time we made it back down stairs to report all this and gate to the front desk was already closed. This place smelled of cigarette smoke when you walk in and in the elevator. We saw a bunch of dogs through out the hotel. We grabbed our stuff and canceled the night and remaining of our stay. There is no customer service no one picks up the phone. DO NOT BOOK HERE! I didn’t get pictures because we were in hurry to get back downstairs before they closed.

The location The power was out when I got there. I didn’t receive a discount. I had to leave because it was so hot inside. The hallways had a horrible smell,the stairway are not clean. I had crumbs all over my floor in my room.

It was at a great location. The staff never cleans the rooms!! They refused to stay there, wanted towels, but there was an extra charge! Which is ridiculous, since the stay was paid, and it covers that! Or it should have! The staff was not helpful at all!!!!! At first, they seem okay. But the days of the stay were just unacceptable! Never booking again in this line of hotels! It’s a disgrace, they can’t do their job right, although we paid for the full service and stay!!!!

First of all when we got there to check in nobody was at the front desk We had to stand there and wait 15 to 20 minutes for somebody to come down You had to use this telephone to let somebody know that you're there in the lobby The hotel smelt terrible the floors were filthy when we go into our room the microwave was all rusted out inside I have pictures on my phone to prove all this also there was a cockroach coming from sink.
