Bad customer service no response for the questions and concerns

This hotel was a life saver during our wreck of a condo. We needed a place to stay and had to drive to Pensacola to find something. The room was great super clean and spacious. Had all the amenities we needed to have a great stay! If we were back that way we will stay again. The front desk lady was so helpful and understanding when we checked in around midnight. I’m so thankful for her and her kindness to help!!5 stars to her for real customer service at its finest and so appreciative!

I was very comfortable.

10 out of 10. Would highly recommend. The breakfast was great, the staff were kind and available 24/7. Check-in was efficient. The high ceilings in the rooms were incredible, and gym had just enough equipment to get in a good workout. When we pulled into the parking I thought, wow this place is packed. Could definitely see why after check-in. A lovely stay.

Breakfast was the same meal basically every morning. But I can say the breakfast was really good. The dining area was clean, food arranged very good.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I would stay here again and again.

Cons: Staining on the Carpet in room. Grit and Dirt Stains on the shower floor. A few stains on some of the rags/towels. The beds were not the most comfortable. The pool was not kept up. There was mildew in the tile edges of the pool and the water had a lot of floating debris like hair, bugs, leaves ECT. Pros: Top Notch Staff! From the front desk to the housekeeping and breakfast attendants! Breakfast was decent and kept up even 20 mins before ending. The bathroom and kitchen areas were clean even in the tiny hard to reach places. The outside landscape and parking lot was clean and well kept. The Double Queen Studio was spacious for the price! Check in and check out was quick and easy! The atmosphere of common areas was always family friendly and inviting! The overall cleanliness was good and I didn't ever feel grossed out by anything! 8⁠-⁠) The location was perfect off the highway, close to shopping and dining and not too far to the Beach Access!!

I recently stayed at TownePlace Suites on Pine Forest Road and unfortunately did not have the experience I expected. The room had a noticeable odor that smelled as though animals had been present, and the overall cleanliness of the room did not meet the standards I typically expect from a Marriott property. Additionally, the pull-out sofa bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it unsuitable for a good night’s sleep. If you are planning to have additional guests use the sofa bed, be aware that it may not provide adequate comfort. I do want to recognize Maime at the front desk. She was very kind, professional, and did everything she could to help address our concerns. Her customer service was the bright spot of our stay and is greatly appreciated. While I appreciate the efforts of the staff, improvements in room cleanliness, odor control, and sleeping accommodations are needed to enhance the guest experience.

Excellent

I had a bug problem in my room. In addition, the floors are thin and you can here the busy roads. Not to mention noisy dogs. The place seems new tho and the breakfast was great.

We loved everything about the hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities were excellent. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and updated. One big problem was every time someone closed their hallway door it slammed so hard sounded like a gun going off. Need a variety in the breakfast menu.

Parking and dog walking areas were easily accessed and plentiful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with excellent amenities.
