Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Pensacola West, FL

I was put in a room right next to the stairwell, which caused my dogs to bark every time they heard the door open/close. I called front desk to ask if they could move us. I was told no, he didn’t have housekeepers on site to move me to a new room. I went to bed at 1am. Other than that, everything else was just okay.

Customer service at check in was excellent and the morning staff was pleasant also. Very very friendly.

It was conveniently right off the highway. I think I accidentally booked a hearing access room, and the room seemed a bit dated and could use an upgrade as it looked pretty used/worn.

Loved that it was halfway to our Florida destination. Close to restaurants after a long drive and the front desk staff were very friendly.

Not much Nothing bed was not comfortable at all stained sheets glass floor carpet had an unbearable smell also too much bleach in pool we all had to get out stained my kids clothes A really bad experience over all

Rooms were good. Pool was inside too was a plus because there were rainy days when we stayed. Breakfast was good too.

The staff were all very friendly, and it was a great location with easy access to the interstate. The rooms were very clean, I stayed in the King Suite which was plenty of room. I will be staying again the next time that I am in town. Nothing.

Hotel stated they are going through upgrade which it truly need. Floor in our room was not clean, and looked like mold on our shower curtain. Included breakfast was fair.
