Stay was just for one night with family. It was fine

Breakfast was missing a few things like alternative milk for lactose folks, gravy, any kind of cheese and cooked oatmeal. Otherwise everything was fabulous

The poor guy at the front desk. Nothing was his fault and he was nice and helpful. Everything else! The room(s) were filthy. The first room they put us in, there was a plastic fork handle under the fitted sheet. The bed looked slept in. The floor was visibky dirty. They gave us another room but it was no better. Both rooms has filthy tubs. Like someone with dirty feet was in them. Both showers had mold. The outlet was coming off the wall and the sprinkler in the second room was both rusty and moldy. Both rooms had a terrible smell. I don't know how this hotel got the rating it did on Booking.com. Very disappointed. We left and went to another hotel. The kind desk clerk refunded our money which we were grateful for.

I was clean All the lady’s are nice and wonderful! Second night in the room too bad storms in the ceiling in the room had a leak and ceiling came down some water everywhere ! Not mentioning it flooded all three rooms above us and came down to us ! Second room was OK but the smell from the humidity and I’m happy to dump the humidifier in the room every hour we come back to the room smelling musty ! And don’t get me started on their Wi-Fi they said it was for gaming but yet it wouldn’t support my system so I ended up returning my system to Best Buy!

Take me home I told them about my service pets when checking in the gentleman who checked me in did not have me fill out no paperwork the next day when I went to check out, they told me they were keeping my $200 cash deposit because I had unregistered pets The GM was extremely rude and looked like she was high and argued with me would not pull the cameras nor give me my money back or give me the number to somebody over her. The room’s definitely are not as nice as they look online. I already paid like 125 for the room for one night plus they kept my $200 deposit.

The staff is so so kind and helpful. I have stayed twice now in the last 12 months and will keep this my go to location for the pensacola area. The hotel itself is clean and pretty conveniently located to food and grocery. About 15-20 minutes from the beach and strip, including traffic. I have traveled there with company and without. As a solo female traveler the staff made me feel very safe and accomodated. The hotel itself is great, but the staff is really what has made my experience so pleasant.
