Studio 6 Pensacola, FL - West I-10

When I was booking I saw the hotel very different on the pictures than the real thing. It looks like a motel. I was very disappointed.

I stayed for a month at Studio 6 and if I am ever in the area I would dray again. The room's are spacious, clean, and perfect for anyone traveling on a budget.

I’m not sure air conditioning worked throughout the weekend. It wasn’t unbearable but it definitely wasn’t cool.

The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The room was clean, spacious, and incredibly cool (air-conditioned).

When I got to my room, it was about what I expected for the price. Nothing fancy but not bad at all. Then I looked at the countertop and noticed it was wet, probably from housecleaning wiping it down. When I grabbed a towel to clean up the wet spot, it came up yellow. I then noticed the leftover something on the countertop that was sticky. Then we found the trash bin, which was not emptied and full of beer cans, Taco Bell and whatever else. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and she told me to bring it downstairs and empty it in the trash bin. I was unaware i now worked for the hotel. If it was my mess, absolutely. I am not cleaning up someone else's trash in a hotel I am paying to stay in. Unacceptable in every way.

The hotel did not offer any water. None of the water fountains were operating and the vending machines were out of order. I had to walk across the busy street to buy a bottle of water. There was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the three days I was there. I realize that is not the fault of the hotel but of the guests. The room was big and perfect for my stay.

This was by far the dirtiest and worst place I have ever stayed at. When we arrived, I actually had to clean everything myself before I could even feel comfortable touching or using anything. There were disgusting food and grease stains, dirty walls, and someone else’s hair left behind. I felt so uncomfortable and disgusted that I honestly did not even want to stay there. Unfortunately, we arrived very late at night and didn’t have a realistic option to start looking for another place, so we had no choice but to stay. I was genuinely shocked by the condition of this place. I have never experienced anything this dirty or poorly maintained. This was easily the worst place I have ever stayed at.

The price. But that's anywhere nowadays.
