AC not working correctly, froze too death all night

Kitchenette wasnt what i thought it was was expecting at least a cooking eye so you could cook and they dont serve breakfast in the morning at this location the floors where dirty and they never cleaned our room the whole time we where there had to go ask for trash bags and towels and rags and even pillows and smelled like weed heavily even in the pillow they where dog friendly we left our pets at home and our room didn't smell like dog if you just need a night or two and have pets with you I would recommend it

Tub didn’t properly drain. I realize it’s the 4th of July weekend but 350 for tonight’s and that far out of town? Never again

Power has been out. Had to leave. Can’t spend the night. Money stole from. Cameras not working.

Andrea at the front desk is a real sweet and helpful young lady!!! She answered all my questions, got me checked in really quick and checked on me during my stay. The room was spacious and SO comfortable, clean and with a true kitchenette. Even being just off I-10 is was quiet and we felt very safe. Lots of places to eat and get gas. I highly recommend this hotel and will be using them again

Refrigerator was like new Bed was comfortable would of liked a little heavier blanket but over all it was really nice Staff were friendly and very helpful Bathroom was very clean Hotel says none smoking but people were smoking weed in the rooms which ended up making my smell of weed Pool was alright we enjoyed it but it needed cleaned and updated also would of been nice to have some better chair to sit beside the pool on

Good location for what I needed. Not a flee bag hotel. Nothing fancy. Clean and quiet enough.

Check in was a breeze, we were able to check in a couple hours early which was nice. One thing we noticed right off the bat as we got to the elevator was the repulsive smell of marijuana. We get to our room, you could clearly tell that housekeeping was almost non existent in this motel. The floor was sticky, the bedding stunk and the bed itself felt like sleeping on a piece of plywood. While in our room, we would continue to smell the odor of marijuana randomly throughout our stay. We stayed a total of 6 nights and not once was our bedding changed out, room cleaned, or towels replaced. We would have to request more towels from the front desk which I’ve never had to do before at a hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We asked the lady at the desk for towels and was told “sure, we will get you some” get back to the room, no towels. We go back out the next day, tell the same lady we need towels, she looks stunned we didn’t get any new ones, says she will make sure we get new ones, we come back 6 hours later, no new towels. My wife tells the gentleman at the desk, he tells her to “BRING THE DIRTY TOWELS DOWN TO ME AND ILL SWAP THEM OUT” I never heard that in my life. This place is absolutely pathetic, I will never return back to this location and honestly, I highly advise anyone reading this, if you want a good motel to stay at, I promise you “THIS IS NOT THE ONE” run away, fast as you can, don’t look back, keep running!!!!!!

Disappointed about all the great review this hotel got. We stayed one night and room was dusty and looked like it was poorly cleaned. There was also a hole in our closet. It worked for the night but it’s not as the reviews state. The only plus is that the ac worked great and the staff was kind.

This was an okay place to stop for a night conveniently near the highway. It was not super clean or outstanding in any way.

The room was ok but the cleanliness was not it was dirty around the toilet , a mildew shower curtain an hair on the sink. They didn't accommodate me on anything told me nothing they can do bc it was the next morning but I tried to show them were I took the pictures that night when we got bk

My ONLY complaint - we weren't able to use the pool, due to a very rambunctious group out there. The smell of marijuana would give you a contact buzz and vulgar music.
