great clean

The hotel and staff was excellent but the breakfast was not. I really enjoyed my stay the bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast was very good; real eggs, link sausages

very Good breakfast. Room and bed OK. Room smell strong with some cleaning chemical . Bath is so so also it was cleaned well. Room smell strong with some cleaning chemical.

Everything was very clean. I picked up the mattress and no hair or dirt under it. Haven't seen a place this clean in many hotel stays. The rooms were very nice and maintained. The gym was small but useful. They could use a watercoolet and something to clean the machines with after use. The gym was clean but I used the machines and didn't want someone to come after me. The breakfast was ok about the same as other local hotels, could use bagels and english muffins. They only had white and wheat bread. I will definitely be back when I visit again. I hope some small tweeks will make this place my go to spot.

Friendly, hospitable staff, clean, easy check in, great breakfast, staff kept the dining area sparkling clean, room was very comfortable and roomy. Freshly painted and carpeted so overall great experience and value. Nothing

When we turned down the street I wasn't sure if we were going to stay at the property, but after entering the building I could breathe easily. Staff and lobby where great. Very friendly atmosphere. It was clean and inviting. The room was clean but lighting could be improved and the shower showed they recently took care of a mold issue. We stayed 3days and always had fresh towels and a yummy breakfast. We will definitely stay again as every year we come bk to the area for a competition. There are restaurants at the next exit n Buccees is 15 mins away.

The room was fine. The power went out for 2 hours and there was no running hot water. The breakfast was fine. Didn’t have any issues with parking into the last day when someone decided to take up 5 parking spaces. My mother is disabled and all other spaces were full. That customer should have been asked to park in the back.

Elevator wouldn’t work initially but then somehow reset itself and it did. Door handles on cabinets falling off. Room wasnt very well vacuumed. Bathroom door didn’t lock. Air conditioning took awhile to cool room down. We got a suite because we have five people and needed three beds. The coach bed was one step above what a homeless person would dig out of a dumpster. Thin mattress, very squeaky every time the person moved. Very disgusting under it as if it had never been vacuumed under. Then the icing on the cake…a grid power outage at 6 am that forced us to leave early because we had no light or electricity to get ready and the temperature was climbing quickly. The breakfast that we did have before power outage was AWFUL.

The location Coffee maker in the bathroom. Smell of damp mildew from the a/c.

Housekeeping made up the room daily. That is above and beyond properties at twice the price
