Ive stayed here before because the location is perfect for the Fairgrounds and the owners are lovely people. AND now it has new wood floors! Exceptional value for the money.

The tv service was horrible. The filter in the AC needed changed HORRIBLY and effected my asthma very badly, needa better soap/shampoo super trashy and not to mention the cockroaches.

Affordable. Staff was friendly. Gap in door to outside. We could see daylight. Bathroom had mildew around the bathtub/shower. No bedside lamps. We won't stay here again, although the staff was friendly.

It was quiet and clean and they left the heater on in the room for us, which was very nice.

Nice and spacious room, with a booze size fridge. Husband was happy to fit hit beers in there :) bed was cony and room was clean. They had the heater running in the room for us so it’s not cold. Worth the money! Definitely will come back.

Quick check-in. Friendly reception. Large room. Comfortable lounge area. Frig and microwave in room was a nice bonus and were useful. Good water pressure in shower. Safe area in walking distance to restaurants. Fast wifi. Convenient parking just outside my room made it easy to move in and out. Room smelled fresh, was clean and pest free. I had car troubles passing through and had to wait over the weekend for the dealership to reopen on Monday. Given my circumstances and needs, this was an excellent value and suited me perfectly. The bed wasn't my preferred firmness.

Qater Room obtained previous guests items, floor was filthy and so was the sink and tub.\nAnd it had bed bugs

Don't run with stuffy old dirty carpet never stay there again

Beds were very comfortable. Staff was helpful. Appliances worked well. Heat worked well. No chain security on hotel door. Pull out bed/seat uncomfortable. Could not get cold water handle on tub to work. But the good outweighed the bad.
