Towneplace Suites By Marriott Perry Georgia National Fairgrounds

No housekeeping was provided during our 2 day stay. You have to literally take your dirty used towels back downstairs to the front desk and return them to be able to get fresh and clean towels for the next day…. We had 4 guests and only 3 towel sets were provided…. Breakfast was blah. The waffle pourer is was broken both days and you had to let the lady know for her to come by and say “sorry the waffle mix is too thick so it always gets jammed…” fix it. All of the other customers were tired of asking to fix this waffle pourer. When I asked if they had any coffee creamers to put in my coffee they said “no, we just have milk. We don’t provide coffee creamer anymore.” The shower in our room had a piece of someone’s old bar of soap stuck to the shower liner. The shower was dirty as well. The floor was water damaged. Water pressure in shower is insanely low. (Only good thing was the scent of the body wash.) None of the lights in our room turned on with the light switches. You have to physically turn on each lamp in the rooms to have light. The thermostat was confusing. & more.

Beautiful hotel, you can tell it’s very new. The suites are so comfortable and they made the layout perfect with the galley kitchen just as you walk in, and then a super spacious bedroom area. It was me, my older daughter, and my two younger children. We were so comfortable. honestly the hotel was peaceful and quiet and the staff was great so there were really no issues.

Pool hasn’t been open for your last two stays due to some type of permitting. Other than that the food, bar, outside lounge area, rooms and staff were amazing!!

After 30 minutes of being in the pool, the maintenance guy tells us the pool is closed even though there's an open sign and all gates are unlocked (even from parking lot)! He then proceeds to spray (black) paint the fence next to our table. Ridiculous

Not that in the future. Do not discriminate. Don't be player haters. Where are the pots? I was hungry in a luxury suite. Where the car service. Where's the bank...groceries...is there a way to get to that without utilizing my phone? People loose phones. Where's the chefs menu? Where are the dream jobs in hospitality and culinary. Outside or inside...why isn't the pool open yet? What happened to my money? Who are these people? Get them out. Now please.
