The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds are nice and comfortable. The room we had had a window seat which I absolutely feel in love with. The breakfast as good as well. I will definitely choose this hotel again.

This is an older hotel and the a/c took a while to get the room cooled off but once it did, it was cool in the room the rest of the stay. The bed was suppose to be a queen size bed, but I believe it was actually a full size and it was lopsided. My husband fell to the side from the dip in the mattress. The pull out sofa bed was the same size and actually more comfortable than the room bed. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. It was barely any pressure at all and took twice as long to wash my hair. And it would be nice to not have the bright lights in the room like a cafeteria. They were so bright and it would of been nice to have a bedside light. And finally the TV was horrible. It was as blurry as can be. You couldn't get a clear picture. Not that we watched alot of TV it just would of been nice to have a clear picture to watch the news in the morning, or even in the evening when we were back in the room. I dont believe I ever saw someone behind the front desk either to help with any of these issues. Wasn't the best experience. This was our second time staying here, and we felt the first was much better. After this experience we wont be back.

It’s near I-75 stay. The power has been out, leaving us without lights and hot water. The room is completely dark, making it difficult to see, get dressed, or move around safely. Not having hot water and access to basic amenities has made this stay extremely uncomfortable. What is especially frustrating is that there is no storm or severe weather outside that would explain the outage. As a paying guest, I expected a safe, comfortable, and fully functioning room. Due to the inconvenience and disruption to my stay, I believe a partial refund or compensation is warrant

They allowed dogs Outdated room with carpet, no outlets for charging phones, etc., smelled musty, took over 15 minutes to check out (no staff at front desk)

Easy to access from the interstate, checking in late wasn't a problem. The room was exceptionally large. The pool area was run down and not operating.

Location Toilet not installed correctly. It moved. Pet friendly room needs attention.

Close to fairgrounds Continental breakfast horrible down to juices. TVs didn’t have correct remotes staff had to take remotes from other rooms to make tv work. Stained sheets and pillowcases.
