Comfort Suites Perrysburg - Toledo South

I WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR THE SECOND NIGHT. THE ROOM SMELLED SO BAD WHEN WE GOT BACK THAT WE HAD TO GET ANOTHER ROOM IN ANOTHER HOTEL. ALSO, THE REST OF MY PARTY DID NOT GET THE ROOMS THEY PAYED FOR BECAUSE THE HOTEL DIDN'T HAVE THEM AVAILABLE, SO WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO GET ANOTHER ROOM AT ANOTHER HOTEL. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL WAS COSTLY AND NOT GOOD!

False advertising! The hot tub suite I paid for wasn't available. Lost my money and had to find other accommodations on my wedding anniversary! Don't waste your time here.

The equipment in the gym was in very poor condition. The hot water took forever to reach the shower. The bathroom smelled of raw sewer. The parking lot was full of construction material and those were the good things.

Bed was spacious once I finally got into a room that was ready. Unfortunately check-in was at 3pm and I couldn’t get a prepared room until 4:30pm. I was originally given a room on the 3rd floor that was being renovated (the majority of the floor).

The deadbolt on the door did not engage. The toilet wobbled; not secure to the floor. One of the USB ports was broken. The room was not anywhere near reasonable temperature when we entered. When provided feedback on these issues, the staff seemed quite uninterested. On the positive side, the mattress was fantastic and the highlight of the stay. The breakfast provided was also pretty good.

They are renovating and my room needed many renovations.

My room wasn’t very clean. There were stains on the sheets and pillows. I stayed 4 nights and house keeping never came in to change or clean anything. Not a great experience. Definitely won’t stay here again.

The suite space was big. High ceilings which I loved. The room spelled of urine and the hot tub water took forever to get hot. I had to use the hot tub one hour before check out that is when the water finally got hot. Also had a problem with selecting “smoking” but yet still not able to smoke

I didn’t end up staying there.The room was dirty not all of the lights worked the outlets were broken.I would not send anyone back there.

Location Unclean, unsafe unprofessional!!!

Not sure if staff would dress and present themselves more respectfully to guests when not under construction but was less than impressed. Could hardly tell who worked there.

Overall very pleased, nice staff, clean breakfast was not fantastic, but edible. Only complaint they advertise a hot tub, but it is only available in specific rooms, not to everyone.

I like the locality. This is easy to reach when you head to north. I didnt like anything other than this. Whole property smells so bad. I saw insects around the food during the breakfast. Lot of renovation works are going on in there and it should have been mentioned any where.

The bed sheets were stained. This was a real turnoff.

The room was nice but the sheets had old blood stains on them and the bed wasn’t as comfortable

The shower almost didn't engage and then the pressure was poor.

They were remodeling and yes dust is to be expected but the room was extremely dusty the bathtub was very dirty so they moved me to what they said a better room but it was the same.
