The room was very dirty we had to call the desk to re-clean the bathroom especially. Rooms sleeps 5 with only 4 pillows and 1 blanket for the pullout sofa which was also broke hallways filthy windows dirty the bed squeaks with just your breathing. Just not well kept facility especially for the price I would not recommend With the condition of the rooms we had concerns of possible bugs yes it was that dirty DO NOT STAY HERE we should have taken pics

Guests shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase a hotel for basic communication, especially before an upcoming reservation. Regardless of the property itself, this level of customer service is unacceptable and would make me think twice about staying here again.

The cost of the water park when not booking through their website was over $150 and it was for only two of us! That waterpark is definitely not worth $75/person. No amenities included. Breakfast was $26 for my son and me; nothing special. I wanted to give my son a fun place to relax after his soccer tournament, but the price was ridiculous. There is also no way to close the bathroom door completely (sliding barn door where it doesn’t close all the way) and the seal to the hallway is non-existent. There was a guy knocking on doors at 1:00am looking for his room. The only real highlight was our dinner at Didi’s. Good food and good staff. Staff members were great other than the guy checking us in. The hotel needs a remodel. The carpets in the hallways and the guest rooms are beyond gross.

The staff was really polite, the room was clean but it smelled of weed so badly. Everytime you stepped outside of your room it was an instant headache. Everything else was good.

The room was very clean but we did not know about the every other day room cleaning. We were surprised to come back to the room and find the beds unmade and no fresh towels. Now we know. Also the sliding bathroom door left no privacy at all. It is because of the bathroom door that we would most likely not stay at this hotel again.
