It was lovey place, my only complaint is the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything.

I went to a two day conference at the hotel. It was easy to find off the highway. The room was a good size for two people and was very clean. I also liked the coffee station that was available 24 hours a day. I don’t like the coffee in the room so it was nice to be able to get a full sized cup of coffee whenever I needed one. I didn’t use any of the other amenities but some of my coworkers said the pool was really nice and clean as well. I will definitely stay there again and may even visit the water park when I’m there.

A lot of noise in the corridors

It’s a large property and the rooms are comfortable and clean. We loved the shower!

Party next door did not have to quit down till 11pm but it was midnight before that happened. Elevator was far, far away and the room was too. No free breakfast provided.

That having a dog was so well accommodated, our dog loved the toys! Parking near our entrance 5 or 6 was a long walk with bags, and the trash bins were unsightly.

The only incident I had was the attendant sitting outside the arcade. I purchased day passes for the water park online after talking to the front desk. My son and I were leaving to go back to our room when the attendant told us the front desk should of gave us a separate wrist band to get back into the hotel. I should her our key card but insisted we needed a band. She was very rude and I really thought she wasn't going to let us go through the doors and we would have to walk outside to get back to our room. There was no reason for her to have an attitude after all the money we spent there.

Cons. It seemed as if our room was a mile away. The luggage cart's wheels were not as free wheeling. Required extra oomph to push...I'm in my 70's. Poorly marked signage on walls as to which way to turn. There were NO schematics on the walls to show where one is at that moment to where the room was. I give this a big zero in my books. Then the parking. I did move my car to the back where the room was. I had no idea (no schematic) to show where the best place to park. Seemingly had to walk an extra half-mile to the room. Was quickly turned around as to which hallway was the best one to room. Whomever designed the room layouts and parking lot design needs to find a different career. Getting worked up thinking about this as I write. Again, there were no 'You Are Here' signs to guide you to your destination within the hotel. Should be an easy fix. Also, the bathtubs desperately need grab bars. The floor of the tub was pretty slick and we had to hold on to the corner marble slab where one would put shampoo and soap.

The Hotel was worn. Rooms were nice but hallways were dirty. Also the only elevators were nowhere near the lobby. I use a cane and an do steps but the alternate was a very long walk to the elevators. The parking as not convenient. I would not recommend to anyone with restrictionsre walking!!

The hotel was great but needed to do laundry and was shocked to see such a nice hotel especially with its size that they only had 1 washer and 1 dryer and someone actually left there clothes in both

There are definitely some positives. It appears the rooms have been remodeled fairly recently, and the bathrooms were clean, modern, and nicely updated. If you’re simply looking for a place to sleep and plan to spend most of your time at the attached water park, it may meet your basic needs. That said, the cleanliness and condition of the room left a lot to be desired. The carpet had noticeable stains, and when looking at the beds, the box springs were covered in large stains that were honestly pretty gross. The furniture also seemed old, worn, and not particularly clean, which made the room feel much less inviting. The beds squeaked loudly with every movement, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The carpeting in the hallways of the far building also appeared very worn and looked like it hadn’t been replaced in years. We stayed in a standard two-queen room, so perhaps the suites receive more attention. While I can’t fault the hotel for another guest’s behavior, I was disappointed that there was no one available to answer the front desk phone during what appeared to be an emergency. The hotel’s lower price point and connection to the water park may make it an attractive option for many families, but during our stay it also seemed to attract some disruptive guests, which affected the overall experience. In the end, it served its purpose as a place to sleep each night, but between the roo
