We were happy with hotel!

The front desk clerk was outside smoking every time I went there. Check in...a question..and are Check out..she was outside smoking...not a good look several other people were waiting as well.

I liked the stay here. Nice, clean room and no issues there. Breakfast was good and the staff worked diligently to assure it was clean and well stocked. I was not happy about the pool and hot tub being closed and no money back for that part.

A man came screaming at my door in the middle of the night. It was so scary and creepy. They had the whole SWAT team there and police running down the hall with guns and people had to step out their room and stand outside. It was so uncomfortable for me because I’m sick and disabled.

Woken up at 2am fire alarm going off. Called front desk twice, no answer, Got outside, hotel was surrounded by police with guns drawn. A drunken unruly guest was going crazy and pulled the fire alarm. Many guests said he was a problem earlier that evening but hotel staff DID NOTHING until it escalated into a tactical situation. It appeared like this hotel is also housing homeless, we saw several people loitering around all day in the lobby and parking lot. STAY AWAY

Front desk staff were great, friendly and professional. The breakfast was adequate as was the pool/fittness room. However in my 12 night stay I did not receive any housekeeping, no towels no bedding nothing. Thankfully I had 2 beds and 4 towels to use for the entire stay. 2 basic things that guests should not have to ask for. Also the carpet in the room was noticeable dirty. After walking barefoot on it there was black dirt coming from my feet in the shower. I wear grey socks

No hospitality and no consideration of the travelers. They would rather tell you of the issues and lack of amenities after your arrival so that it’s much harder to cancel and find another hotel last minute

The handheld shower didn't work and there was damage to the whirlpool. The base of the bed was made of metal which we were always stubbing our toes on. The staff was responsive to our concerns and the rest of the property, even though is in need of a serious update, appeared clean.

The room itself smelled musty, and the carpet actually felt damp or wet under our feet, which made the entire room feel even more unsanitary. The lack of service was disappointing as well. When the coffee ran out in the lobby, we notified the front desk. Rather than taking care of it or contacting the employee responsible, we were told to go find that person and let them know ourselves. I understand that hotels can have occasional housekeeping issues, but dirty bedding is unacceptable. Between the condition of the sheets, the musty room, damp carpeting, and lack of basic customer service, this was a very disappointing stay.

Exceptional

I had a room with a refrigerator that was noisy all night, tried to disconnect but unable to do so. I also ended up with a room next to the elevator....late at night and early mornings could hear folks taking the elevator. Otherwise overall the motel was decent, clean and outside of the refrigerator quiet. Restaurants within walking distance which was great.

Clean room and hot breakfast. Lots of food options nearby. Crystal at the front desk was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend.

Cleaning staff doesn’t do their job properly otherwise okay for the price we paid.

The hot water was great and they had an exhaust fan in the bathroom!! The smell. Smokers outside the door walking into the building. Elevator had bad odor. 3rd floor had a bad ordor walking down the hall. Room walking into had a stale, moldy and musky smell.

Just 2 things that in my mind they can improve, the bed fitted and blankets are white and have some stains maybe they can buy new ones for every bed or a stain remover to wash them off. The other thing is that in the common area the cigarette smell was horrible. It’s supposed to be a Smoke free property and it has a sign that states you can’t smoke within 25 feet of property but the smell in the entrance, elevator and hallway is pretty strong. But after we enter in the room everything was different. At the end, this was the stay that we were looking for, something affordable and functional.
