The theatre, the only issue we had was the walls, are a little thin, so we heard people heard their phones tvs. Such as that

POOR CLEANESS OF THE ROOM

The bed was very comfortable. The hotel clerk was nice. The room was not very clean, nor were the main areas or elevator.

Pleasant staff Hotel appeared much more run down since our prior stays. The room smelled terrible, bathroom door was difficult to close, the noise made by the flushing toilet made us jump every time, the woodwork was in need of repair and painting, and the walls looked like they could use a fresh coat of paint.

mattress was firm, did well for me, although my husband not so much. if you like a firm mattress, you'll sleep well. Lots of good restaurants, shops, coffee outlets, and freeway all in close proximity. There's even a grocery store in the nearby strip mall, although we did not go into it, so can't comment further on that. breakfast was technically a hot breakfast but subpar at best. biscuits were cold, sausage was not crisp at all, and eggs were obviously fake scrambled. yogurt was good, but only granola for it, no berries. coffee was not good, even by standards of heavy coffee drinkers, it passed if lots of stuff was added to it. high point was the diy waffles. there was also no rotation of what was offered on breakfast line, just same stuff every day.

The property was nice to stay at, the location was perfect for our needs. Even though the building is right off the highway and we had a highway-side room, the road noise was not noticeable. Breakfast was good and had a variety of options. My only complaint about the stay was the HEAVY cigarette smoke smell in the 2nd floor hallway. We were lucky enough to be near the elevator, so we didn't have to spend much time in it. The only time it was noticeable in our room was the first morning when we ran the bathroom fan for showers. After that, we never turned on the fan and it wasn't a problem in the room. If they can solve the cigarette smoke smell, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice staff and rooms were clean enough. Breakfast was not a variety if you stay there more than two nights it can be too repetitive. Walls are thin but most of the time it's not loud enough to keep you up, but you can hear people mumbling or talking.

Front desk agent was friendly. Hotel is kind of outdated, but I used to be a housekeeper so I look for the little details and my room was very clean!! Only complaint was people kind of hanging in lobby area when I checked in around 8:30pm that looked a little suspicious, not sure what the situation was but everything was fine

Everything was great except the WiFi connection.

microwave on level 3 room was not working; the lights were not able to turn on the ones by the side of the bed. It was a little dirty but other than that it was a decent stay.
