We liked everything inside the hotel. The room was smaller than typical hotel rooms but this made it easier to keep at the perfect temperature and darkness level. Bed was great. Exercise area was a pleasant surprise. Can do an entire cardio and strength workout easily. Breakfast was super with healthy options available.

Nothing Beds were sunkin, sheets smelled so bad like they never washed them. No in room tea pot or microwave, yet the same price as Hilton or Marriott with them. Dirty common areas, not enough toilet paper. TV was in the wrong place, bed bugs

We really missed having a coffee maker in the room. And breakfast was okay. If there is any way to get ALL hotels and motels to use a decent grade of facial tissues and toilet paper it would be awesome. The Interstate rest areas use a better grade in most cases. This is a very European feeling lodging, which is good if what you want is a great bed, good climate control in the rooms, and a gym.

The breakfast had lots of options. We didn't try the gym this time but I would the next time. I would reccomend the hotel.

We checked in on a Wednesday and the hall floors were never vacuumed until Saturday afternoon. The room floor looked clean upon entering but there was a roll of gauze at the edge of the bed on the floor and we had to pull the bedside cabinet out to plug in electronics, there was about 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels on the floor. Electric outlets at the lamp did not work and the room itself was not updated for electronics. We were also charged $3 a day for parking and I never saw anything that stated this prior. The parking lot was never even full! The staff was very outgoing and helpful, the breakfast area was clean as was the entryway. I liked the location of the hotel.

When we came into the hotel to check in, we were greeted with a seriously strong sewage smell. It had dissipated some by the next day, but was still noticeable. This was only in the hotel lobby area.
