Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Pflugerville

Room was bigger than expected. Staff was very friendly.

Staff was very pleasant. Overall, the facility is clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, I have stayed at this place multiple times and in all the rooms. The couches that are in there are very very dirty. I’ve done multiple reviews and they have yet to clean them.

I love it. It's like staying in a mini apartment. Has everything you need.

Very clean and everyone was super friendly! The breakfast was good as well. Nice location next to a ton of shopping and food options.

I checked in late because I worked late. Even after midnight, the front desk worker was extremely nice and helpful. The room was amazing and I wish I could’ve enjoyed it longer.

Our stay was very comfortable and the room and hotel was very clean. This location was so close to dining and shopping, it was very convenient.

We were very, very pleased with the hotel, cleanliness staff, and all other things!

And had to wait 15 min for room to be cleaned. Other than that, it was great.

The only not so good thing is the beds are a little small for it to be a Queen size.

The staff at check in and check out are amazing! They make you feel welcome and they are the gem of the hotel! The kitchenette had food stains on the cabinets, and there was trash on the floor. Next to the bed, there was a rug that was littered with debris. There was no body wash available for showering, and the bed creaked with even the slightest movement. The doors slammed shut every time, causing us to wake up countless times. You could hear absolutely everything—laughter, footsteps, and every other sound carried right through. Upon waking up, we found a pair of boxer shorts lying on the floor right outside our room. Furthermore, the pool was not clean when we arrived. We were thinking about of going down to sleep in the car, as the noise was simply too much. Naturally, we left the hotel feeling even more exhausted and stressed than when we arrived.

Great location, near our reason why we were there Seemed to be a lot of kids, but not too noisy after 10:00 , need more variety at breakfast

Employees are GREAT! Everything clean and neat. We stayed 5 days. Enjoyed our stay. Only 1 slight negative--no whole grain bread or fresh salsa, so I got some at the local HEB store and all was fine!

I didn't like nothing.I didn't like the guy that waited on us.He was very uninformative, he just charged.My car didn't explain.Anything gave me a room with all this smoking had been in it, which was 421.Then when he did give me another room it was half dirty
