Very convenient. first time staying at a home2. the 24h essentials market is great to have. hot breakfast buffet was easy, tasty and had enough options. close parking. room and hotel decorated not to my taste, was more modern and spare than i like, but it was fine for our combo business/family visiting trip. bed and sofa could be better. friendly staff. lots of lobby space for eating/working

Can’t really remember anything I liked The hotel had 30-40 cops with several dogs that were very aggressive. Told the hotel my girlfriend is deathly afraid of dogs but they didn’t care and didn’t offer a refund so for the next two nights we left and got a hotel down the way. Lost 800$ but somehow it was worth it to me.

I didnt like that the staff was rude and unwelcoming. The room was outdated and over priced. It was our 14th anniversary. The staff made it clear they did not care they did not want to be there. We have stayed at the Hotel in Katy and never had a problem. We will not be staying here again.

Began spraying insecticide around bedding. Had to change rooms in the middle of the night.
