Tru by Hilton Pflugerville, TX

This is the

Staff and cleanliness of the hotel was above expectations. I did not like that there was no safe in our room.

Hotel was clean and modern, loved the lounge/ pool table area. Staff was super nice. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Liked that there are ice machines on every floor. Blackout curtains were awesome! The rooms don't have coffee makers or dressers or a closet. There were hooks on the wall but not one surface for a suitcase or a place to store clothing. Wouldn't stay more than a few days due to room size and lack of in room amenities.

Need coffee makers of some sort in rooms for early mornings😡

Loved the staff they were so sweet and outgoing. Wonderful to all our family and the 6 yr old birthday girl! Hotel is amazing. So much for the kids to do and the lobby furniture is super colorful and comfortable. Room was perfect from the bed to the bathroom. Would recommend 100%.

Exceptional

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable There was a winding noise in the AC when it kicked on

The breakfast was decent with a good variety of options. The staff was very friendly and the location is as good as you can get when looking a crime map of the Austin area. Plenty of food options in the area also. The biscuits served at breakfast were very dry or a day old, not sure which. Also on my last night there, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. There was a chemical spill and the fire department had to come and vent the building. We were all outside in our pajamas till 2:00am. Not a pleasant experience but they gave us drinks.

Good

Was a GREAT Place to Stay

Very nice and clean

Exceptional

The property is next to Holiday Inn express and Laquinta. Modern and clean with no carpet in room. Breakfast is regular stuff. But the tea and coffee are great. Parking is free of charge. The staff is the best part of my experience. They are efficient, helpful and happy to assist you whenever needed. There is a microwave near the breakfast area which is very thoughtful.

Everything great

Beautiful property! Very well maintained. Rooms were clean. Awesome breakfast options! Would stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Kind of awkward to get to being behind a shopping complex.

Great Air Conditioning.

Exceptional

For me the location was excellent , next to a strip mall with lots of shops and restaurants and a short walk from the water park. There were drinks and food available for sale in the lobby. Ice machine was available on the floor and a small fridge in the room which froze the water and soft drinks. Did not expect that. The aircon was very efficient and relatively quiet. The breakfast choice was very good. Didn't use the gym or pool but they were there and seemed well equipped .The pool offers free towels. Selection of TV channels was very good . house keeping was only every third day
