Almost everything was great BUT one of the Main things that disappointed me and my family NO POOL with temps in the 100s and the front desk staff kept telling us tomorrow...tonight a smile on their face like it was a joke

The room wasn't very clean, there were hair in the bathroom and shower.

The majority of this stay was good. My only issues were that the room was musty and not very clean when I arrived. Hair in the shower and on the walls, the linens were musty (like a sweaty man had laid on them without showering after spending two days in the sun with no deodorant). The AC also let out a musty smell when it kicked on. There was also sticky stuff on the desk and remote. Staff was kind and checked in on me throughout the stay, except for at checkout. No one was at the desk for several minutes so eventually I had to check out on the app to ensure my receipt was sent. All in all, the stay was decent.

The only issue we had was the thermostat wasn't working properly. But staff sent someone from maintenance to help. Just had to use A/C unit manually which was completely fine with us. 😊

I had low expectations for this hotel as my recent stays with Hilton were very disappointing. This was different and much better. I was mostly surprised with the breakfast, which is usually poor for these type of properties. Kudos for True Pflugerville!

1. We were given a gift upon check in that included 2 bottles of water and a snack. Additionally the front desk staff was wonderful. The gift is so thoughtful and helpful for the guest. I really appreciate great customer service. 2. The breakfast is the best spread of food I have ever seen at a hotel. And the breakfast staff was so wonderful and attentive. Thanks for a great stay.

it meets my expectations. The bathroom very clean towels in good condition! Very hardworking and helpful staff Enough parking on the days I stayed there. A final fact if you already see that he lacks a little affection since there are things in the room, carpet and elevator that look a little mistreated!

Stayed here to visit family for the week, staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel clean and quiet. Great breakfast options. Awesome pool, gym, and laundry. Lots of parking. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and theater.

Breakfast was really good. Lot of helpful Staff in ever department. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this Hotel.

The absence of a closet and drawers could be ignored since we only stayed one night. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Love that there were lots of outlets for cell phones and iPads.

The standard of the room being clean and the staff being friendly expectation was met.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The room was small but perfect for a overnight stay. Easy access from 130 and about 20 minutes from Circuits of Amerca. If you need food or forgot something you can get it within walking distance.

Nice hotel. I didn’t use the amenities or breakfast. The room was clean and modern. The staff sent out texts to see if I needed anything which was nice.parking was close to the entry point where my room was.

The breakfast setup and the lobby’s were really nice. The staff running the breakfast were so clean, constantly restocking things, and it was all just really well run. Lots of seating in the lobby and even a pool table. Everything was is in good, clean condition. The bed was a little too firm for our liking and when the a/c came on it was kind of loud. The location of the hotel was nice, within walking distance to a lot of stores and places to eat. I definitely recommend eating at The Goat that is just next door.
