Habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas e incluye desayuno completo. Tiene muy buena ubicación para ir tanto a Mcallen como a Mercedes a las tiendas Outlets.

Not ready when arrived at 3:30pm. Wasn't ready for most of our parents. Rooms smelled moldy, rust in bathroom, walls were dirty, room my caoch was assigned wasn't even ready beds unmade and not cleaned, by the 3rd room finally, AC in some rooms not working, floors wet. Water pressure bad, hot water wasn't hot, had to wait on clean towels, blood stains on sheets in a bed. Would like to add pictures.

Front desk was friendly but the hotel itself was in bad condition. This were broken or missing in the room. Musty smell in the rooms, room was dirty, carpet had stains

Door did not lock maintenance went in fix it deal was not fixed correctly at all air condition did not work dirty towels dirty linens like it was not clean the problem was the door once the maintenance got there they said they fix it but they did not fix it I took another staff member a gentleman to go check if it was fixed and he also saw the problem that it was not fixed either you could just open the door and that was it that is not something safe to stay at or any place to be at I'm still waiting for my refund it is not fair that you have to pay and not get your money back for somewhere that you didn't even stay not even 30 minutes it's not safe for two kids and a lady by themselves at all somebody needs to get back to me 361-331-3279

The staff was good. Just felt like the room wasn't properly maintained. Also was missing towels from the beginning

Front end staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was great and everything was fresh from fruit, coffee and hot breakfast. We will be returning here for sure!

Roaches on sofa Shower was clogged

The location and facility was excellent

Not really nothing only thing that staff was willing to change rooms since first one AC didn't work or TV Room was ok but smelled like moisturizer didn't have good breakfast like other Comfort Inns we have stay

The hotel was in a convenient location, making it easy to get to nearby destinations. The complimentary breakfast was a nice benefit and provided a convenient way to start the day. Overall, the hotel offered a comfortable stay and good value for the price.
