Comfort Inn & Suites Pharr

It was nice just one door didn’t open with the card I had all my stuff in my hands that’s the only problem I had lol Clean and quiet

Like the location The floor was very slippery and the TV remote didn’t work. I call numerous times even went downstairs and the front desk lady never went to my room.

I love the pool. It was perfect The overnight stay was very disappointing. The AC didn't work, making the room unbearably hot. The water pressure was extremely low, and there was no hot water. These issues significantly impacted the comfort and quality of our stay.

Not really nothing only thing that staff was willing to change rooms since first one AC didn't work or TV Room was ok but smelled like moisturizer didn't have good breakfast like other Comfort Inns we have stay

Good location, friendly staff Toilet seat was broken and walls were stained , other than that everything else was fine

generous room size. the room really needs deep clean - lamp shades, dusting and grime. I was only there for a short time so I was happy

It was very clean.. There’s nothing not to like.. everything was wonderful

We checked in a bit late (6 pm), left our luggage in warm room; turned on AC and went to visit family. When we returned, the room was hot, stuffy, uncomfortable, so we turned on AC. It did not move past 78 degrees. Finally contacted Front Desk; she came to try to get AC to work, decided it was not going to be, so she moved us to another room. It was an upgrade, actually, and the AC worked. Needless to say, we had an excellent stay and enjoyed the roominess! We continue to choos this Comfort Inn & Suites; very conveniten! We are going back there this weekend;

Everything No

Our other room water was not going down in the shower. Mold on light fixtures as well.

Good location, but the facilities and service need improvement. The facilities feel old, there was no iron available, and some amenities could be improved.
