the staff had only one up and down for people Sleeping on the upper rooms, which we got 3rd floor but the main reason, you wrote the reservation wrong it was for two nights 25th and 26.you had written it for the 25th only and we were to check out at 12pm on the 26,we went to town on the 26 and we didn't return to the hotel until 4 pm , just to find that all our belongs had been removed from the room.we were in shock that the Hotel staff had removed them, and the reason was we were to check out at 12pm they said and thats when we became aware of the mistake that was made. that was a nesty move what they did to us, that was their policy, they could've charged us for that day be for they removed our items, we are old people, why would we leave our things behind if we new we were to check out that day 26. one mistake can cause one to have a bad experience. and the policy was wrong. we won't be staying here at this hotel again. putting money frist.

Booked ahead of time 1 room with king bed, got a room with 2 queen beds, also the pictures aren’t actual room tv sizes are super small and have no movie channels

The room was cleaned, all amenities were open including the pool. The only issue was the bathroom, it seemed like there was mold on the ceiling. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good too.
