Room General manager, it's always something with her. I usually go every 2 to 3 months, and it's always the same with the general manager.

Close to distance to funeral home I was attending The staff didn’t allow me to check in after it was fully paid and was demanding I made an additional payment upfront and was asking for 100 cash deposit I advised her I needed to speak to supervisor she said she was not answering and if have to pay if wanted to stay she was very rude and still attempted to process my card more then once upon arrival and was told I had to deal with booking .com since that’s who I used as a third party

Like everything This time, other guests were very loud on my floor at 3am they we're talking very loud didnt care other guest were sleeping they woke me up .they didn't respect others.

Staff were helpful. Great price

Nice hotel clean and descent one

Easy check-in. Staff in front desk were really nice. Room was clean. We just wanted something nice to spend the night. Close to Bert Ogden Arena. No fridge or microwave. Not a big deal to us, as we were just spending the night. Clean & comfortable night.

Rooms are always very clean. I never have any issues with staying there.
