It was a comfortable room. The location was great. The ac worked and the room was cold. Housekeeping was only every 3 days , but the room was nice.

When we got there, the first room had roaches so they put us in another room. It actually had pet feces under the bed so they put us in another room and it was acceptable, but it was still a dirty floor. We spoke with the front desk and they gave us a manager’s complaint form and give us the manager‘s phone number.

Staff was very nice. Room was clean.

The price is reasonable for the hotel. I dare say it’s cheaper than the hotel quality. The staff is great. Every time I visit family in the valley I stay here for those reasons and they accept my dogs for free. I am not sure if they mop the floors and the shower was small. The shower is trivial but the floors is important especially if you have kids that crawl or like to be barefoot. I cleaned up spilled drink and the napkins came up black. Yuck.

Don't think about somewhere else that's not that expensive, stay here. Great room, clean areas, accessible parking and zero problems at checking in and out.
