La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pharr North McAllen

The noise finally stopped around midnight, only to start up again at 5:30 the next morning. After such a restless night, I expected better customer service and a more peaceful environment. I understand that hotels can’t control every guest, but I do expect staff to address noise complaints more effectively. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

This was one of the best places I've stayed. Everything was great for a very economic fee.

Everything was perfect, everything very clean, the staff very friendly and the breakfast excellent.

Everything was good, the only thing wrong was the hat the hotel disable my room key before 11:00 am, I went for breakfast and when coming back to my room the keys were disabled! I had to go back to the lobby and ask for assistance to unlock my room

Breakfast room is so small. First day they send us to the next door quinta to get brakefast there.

Check in is at 3pm. I got there at 2:45 and waited for check in. My aptmnt was not ready until 3:50pm. I missed my daughter’s skills competition at the International World Series because of the delay at the hotel. I was very disappointed that it took almost an hour after check in time to get our apartment. Secondly, the second bedroom AC unit does not tend to cool down much. Thirdy, we had no access to the thermostat for the living room/kitchen. The thermostat was out in the hall and locked. We requested it to be moved down to 71°. It never got colder than 74°. It was not exactly comfortable and cool after spending all day in the heat at the softball fields. I expected better after spending over $600 for our stay. The staff was very nice and the complimentary breakfast was clutch. Overall, I would stay again because I like the area and never really had issues before. Hoping this was just a one off. I’m sure there will be another chance as we tend to travel quite a bit.

staff are amazing very nice. Good Breakfast everyday. Room was always nice and clean each day when we would come back to the hotel. Just that there is no laundry place for one to do their own washing but thats it.

The shower barely put out any water. The shower curtain was broken and useless the staff was not to worried when I told them.

The hotel was very clean and accommodated my family comfortably. It is centrally located and 15 minute drive to the Basilica de San Juan church.

I loved everything about the room they gave me, I went to the pool, and the breakfast was very good, the eggs with bacon and the sausages were very good, the coffee too 😋😋

Room was okay, bathroom was a little dirty in the sink and shower. But otherwise it was a good stay.
