Courtyard Philadelphia South at The Navy Yard

Not much. A couple ladies at the cafe and one or two at the desk were helpful. Rest of staff acted like we were bothering them with simple stuff. We were completely misled by property’s description. Proximity to Xfinity Center and Phillies baseball park were not easily walked to. Felt like we were crossing highways to get to them. Took Ubers we normally would not have needed. One restaurant was close by, but nothing else within 2 miles. No convenience stores anywhere close. The cafe was awful. Coffee was unsinkable and only the Sunday morning workers were pleasant. Had to go through 3 desk clerks before getting one to help remove $55 worth of liquor charges someone charged to our room. Room was clean, but bed was not facing the tv. Very uncomfortable. No hand sanitizer dispensers worked anywhere in hotel.

Went to Philly for a baseball game, and I loved how we were able to walk to the stadium. The staff was very helpful in letting us know how long it would take to walk to the game.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The check-in experience was smooth, our room was very comfortable, the location was perfect, and the staff was more than friendly/helpful!

I stayed for one night to attend a concert in the area. The area surrounding the hotel was super safe and it’s all very accessible to stadiums. Staff was helpful when asking if I could/should walk to stadium and I was even provided with a map with directions. The room was perfect. Had a wonderful stay.

The BIG NEGATIVE- the beds and especially the pillows! All 3 of us hated our pillows and even the bedding was substandard. Shocked that such a new beautiful hotel would have such uncomfortable beds and pillows . The Queen side bed seemed small - more like a double .
