Holiday Inn Philadelphia Arpt-Stadium Area by IHG

There was an awkward smell in the room that stuck to our clothes, luggages and everything…i thought it was like a mothball smell. But it stuck to us even when we got home. Other than that pretty good.

The area around didn’t seem safe. Ended up having to find another place to stay. The room wasn’t as pictured. Hotel won’t respond to any of our messages.

Location near Philadelphia stadiums. Restroom at Lobby messy and out of TP.

Overall was a decent stay. Check-in process was mostly the only negative. Took about an hour to check-in. Asked if it is possible to get compensated on the parking to which the service agent had no interest in entertaining. Was disappointed on their intent to provide good customer service. Other than that, the hotel was decent and in a good location. A little bit rough around the edges within the room. Would only stay here if being close to the airport or sports stadium, otherwise not worth it.

The staff were helpful and efficient. The room itself was clean and had everything needed except a microwave. The breakfast was adequate and the wait staff were very gracious. The exterior could use some grounds maintenance, especially an enclosed courtyard area off the lounge area in the lobby floor. The lobby ladies room was messy at times and reeked of mothballs.

Great staff. Interesting hotel. We had a great stay.

Friendly staff Safe was broken had to take all of my personal belongings to the World Cup game in the rain. And our KEURIG was broken.

Breakfast was okay and had to pay for it, and parking as well even if I already paid almost $700 per night to stay close to Lincoln financial and watch a FIFA game! Then about a week before my trip, checked the rate and it was around $300+ only! Price went down closer to the date instead of going up! So disappointed and hoping to get some sort of refund for the amount I paid for 2 nights.

We had a couple issues with the shower door being opened and letting water to fill the entire bathroom coming out of the shower. Also, we had an issue with the TV being broken and not working. We informed the front desk and the maintenance in person via text and neither of these issues were fixed. The hotel had a bad smell and I recommend not to stay at this hotel never
