The Holiday Inn served its purpose! Something close to the stadium for a concert! The gym was basic, didn't eat at restaurant.
-
Nice 20 minute walk to citizens bank park. Very convenient.
-
They put lipstick on a pig. Very run down place but to fix it they painted. It wasn’t dirty just rundown. Now location for the games was great and the airport shuttle was great. I would stay again but don’t get there expecting something amazing.
-
This hotel was a place to stay if you need to be close to Lincoln Financial or anything in the area, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. It smelled awful in many of the areas and overall, it was rundown and could use a good renovation.
-
Check in was terrible and we were put in a room that looked as if someone had started cleaning it but then took an ice cream break and never came back. When addressed with the front desk, the attendant laughed before putting us in a different room and leaving us to transfer all of our luggage to the new room.
-
Room was clean and that’s the only good part. Room door was broken and had to be slammed shut, lock was broken off as well. Checking in had a line out the door. Parking is not free like listed on hotels app.
-
Our room was dirty and the worst part was there were roaches in the bathroom
-
The room was very dusty. Handprints abd boogers in window. So spilled white stuff in the shower. No bar soap ir body wash or blow dryer. Asked three times and finally got it the next day at like noon.
-
Close to stadiums you can walk 30min
-
Great place to stay if you’re going to the stadium but I don’t recommend getting breakfast there. Service was terrible and restaurant was not even busy and the food was cold.
-
Bar staff was super friendly
-
The building is a bit rundown. The ice machines are only on 2 of the floors. The elevators are quite slow. The room had a broken towel hook and the desk chair was missing a wheel making it unusable and unsafe. The staff was very receptive when told. They fixed the towel hook while we were out to dinner. (The chair remained, but we didn't need it.) The room doors are very heavy, and close jarringly loud. I was glad we didn't appear to have too many nightowls staying on the floor. I believe the website mentions valet parking - incorrectly. It is self-park only. Every employee was cordial, can't say that enough.
-
Would recommend for out of towners to see a baseball game.
-
This place was not very clean the towel holders in the bathroom were on the floor and the staff was not very friendly. This place was pretty run down we do not recommend.
-
Dirty bedding and bathroom, noisy, room in disrepair.

We arrived at 6pm to check in and there was a line out the door with other guests also waiting to check-in. The people in front of us said that they had already been waiting about 15 minutes and we estimated that the line would take over an hour so we decided to go to our car to change clothes and get ready for our event instead of wait as we would have been late for our event. When we got back for our late check in we entered the room to find a dead cockroach by the air conditioner. Will not be staying at this hotel again.
-
Also there was 2 elevators for about 15 floors so it took some time to catch one.
-
Excellent. Room nice and clean.
-
Pleasantly surprised with the inside of the room. Air conditioning was definitely working well. Water pressure in the shower was excellent.
-
Don’t get to the property prior to the 4 pm check in time. They will not let you check in early! Then when it is 4 pm, there is a huge very slow moving line for check in.
