Holiday Inn Philadelphia Arpt-Stadium Area by IHG

It was very a convenient location to the stadium. The bartender was the best she was so friendly. Front desk staff was not helpful and no personality. The room smelt funny, the door to the room was hard to shut. The shower doors did not close had to put a towel on them to keep them shut. Mold/ dirty shower.

It has a good diner across the street. It was dated. The breakfast staff was not attentive.

the room was fine the outside of the building was dirty -- all around the building was trash (I usually pick up others trash, but there was just too much) Checking in was a disaster -- took a full hour to check in -- yes there were a lot of people but they knew that in advance and should have prepared. (there were three check in counters but only two were used) and then they had to go to the back room to finish the check in with every person -- this falls directly on the management - or lack there of --

Room was clean Tried to use their ATM, card was denied and my bank called me that it was fraud. Staff was so slow checking people in, it took almost an hour to get thru the line. Never apologized or explained the reason for the wait.

The front desk was phenomenal. However, operations wise the wait time to check in was horrendous. Stood in a line that wrapped around the building and it took an hour and 10 minutes to get to the desk to check in. If you have a strict 4:00 p.m. policy you should make sure there are more than two people to check in.

The room was just ok, could use a good cleaning and some updates. There was chipped paint and mold in the shower. Bed was comfortable. Good place for an overnight stay for a concert.

The room was very clean. Be aware that the hotel will charge you a $100.00 deposit the day you arrive along with the booking fee. It would be nice to know this prior to better budget yourself. I am not sure why the extra - refundable charge. This was not made clear to me. Also, you need your room keycard to use the elevator. This was also not explained when checking in. Rooms have multiple doors for adjoining rooms, not exactly comforting to a mom staying in a room with her teenage daughter. Returned from the concert about 11pm, the lobby was full of guys but no one was disrespectful or intimidating.

It was clean and close to the venue We stood in line for almost 2 hours just to check in to our room. Never experienced something like that before.

It was close to the stadium, for the Bruno Mars concert.

Friendly staff, would recommend the hotel offer to go containers for people needing to depart promptly after breakfast is served.

No employees onsite when we arrived at the hotel. security made us leave and we had to find another hotel. They won't refund us. DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL COST!!!!

Friendly staff, clean room, convenient shuttle.

I had to wait well over an hour for the hotel shuttle, called front desk and wasn’t very helpful. The last time he drove by he didn’t even stop and he supposedly knew I was waiting on him. I ended up taking an Uber to the hotel.

Less then 5 minutes from the arena.

Check-in with smooth. The rooms were clean and comfortable location to citizen bank stadium was great The breakfast buffet was not stocked with spoons or bowls at 9:30 in the morning. I don't think they had enough staff. What elevator was out of order? Which made it difficult because it was right at checkout time.

It was windy, we couldnt sleep. The wind and Rain inside the room. We hear wisthling from the Window all night.

It definitely needs some upgrades. Carpet was old, the door going into the room was hard to close. Need ice machines in each floor. We stayed there because it was convenient. It was in walking distance to where we were going for the week. The staff was helpful.
