Located great for all the events I went too

She gave us snobby responses as we should know things. The guy that helps with the luggage jumped in and was nice and guided us.

Staff was very helpful and check in/out were very quick.

Staff through out the casino and front desk very friendly and helpful. Dissatisfied that it was not kid friendly.

We checked in super late coming from MA and they were helpful to accommodate us with a complimentary late check out

Close walk to Citizens Bank

The staff were excellent to us. The room was large and very comfortable. And the location was the best value for us to walk to and from the sporting events instead of waiting in traffic to enter and leave. The quality of some of the food could have been better. I understand the pricing of the hotel but to us it was a bit pricey for what you end up getting.

Location to the Phillies stadium All was great

Perfect location for a Phillies game. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was very clean and had nice amenities. Limited food options early in the day and almost no options if anyone in your travel party is under 21 as restaurants are inside the gambling floor portion of the property.

Our room had such an unbelievable view of Citizen Bank Field. We had an unbelievable view of the fire works right from our room

We had a great one-night stay at Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and the bed made for a great night’s sleep. The location was perfect—especially for attending a Phillies game since it’s just a short walk to the stadium. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. Even though our stay was brief, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Philadelphia!

Only stayed one night before catching a flight. The airport was not too far away. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
