Close to the ballpark

Went to the Phillies game and decided to stay as a birthday treat for my husband. East access to game. Staff pleasant and helpful. Only suggested improvement would be valet area. When we got our car back Valet just stood there and didn’t help with the bags. Generous tip given when we turned in the car ticket.

Wish there was a sign in the garage for the hotel. We had to drag our luggage through casino to get to the hotel lobby.

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the free shuttle to the Phillies game was a pleasant surprise. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing Place. Hands down. Stayed in the Presidential Suite. Beautiful room

Nice place, just not ideal for families with kids under 21 as they can't go to any of the restaurants except the high-end steakhouse outside the casino. BUT if you're in town for a Philly sporting event, the location can't be beat and it's worth that sacrifice (just eat at Xfinity instead).

What a great Hotel. Checked in at noon staff was friendly and welcoming and gave very clear info and instructions. Don’t gamble but casino was huge. Only place to go if you’re going to any Philly sporting event

Great place to stay. Only down fall was not being able to take kids under 21 to the good areas located in the casino area. We also had elevator delays that led us to taking the stairs.

Customer service was exceptional from the front desk, the casino and at the restaurants. Definitely recommend it!
