Riversuites at The Battery

The room accommodations were fantastic. The only criticism is that the complimentary breakfast were prepackaged sandwiches and pastries with pod coffee. That needs an upgrade for such a nice hotel.

Gorgeous, spacious room. Had a great view of the river/bridge and it was next to a park. Exceeded my expectations.

2nd booking at the battery. This time with my family. We enjoy staying here, it’s Location Convenient the place is always clean and the staff is very friendly.

I loved how modern the suite was. Beautiful hotel suite! Our river view was beautiful! The one down side was the guy at the front desk who was not accommodating when we needed an early check in to get ready for my cousin’s wedding. The problem was the fact that he made no effort to even try to prioritize getting our room cleaned so we could check in early. However, Shardae was amazing. She called housekeeping and got our room cleaned expeditiously. The one other issue was when leaving, we wanted coffee at 7am when breakfast was supposed to be available but no one was available to even open up. The front desk lady said she didn’t know what was going on nor did she have the key. Overall, we’d stay again.

I stayed in the 2 bedroom loft room! It was amazing! We were in town for a concert and my daughter’s 21st birthday. This was cheaper than hotels close to stadium and it was like an apartment! Free parking also! But have to get your spot and keep it cause it fills up fast! Will def stay again!

Staff were lovely

Mostly everything was fantastic. The o ly downside was that the toilet clogged upon first use. That was unfortunate and gross but the staff handled it in a timely manner. That was a plus.

The linens were clean and in good condition. Over all the place was clean, but it felt like it was a room that hadn't been open for a few months. It felt like you went into your winter cabin. Lol The view was great.

Huge suite-like room. Free parking and close to major historical sites. Also in a vibrant neighborhood.

An overnight business stay. An excellent room at an excellent price.

The property is great and the rooms are very nice. However, I wish there were a pan and a pot to use. The kitchen only has a silverware set, plates, and one coffee cup.

I liked everything about the stay I will be back I don’t have anything to bad to say about my stay.

Our room was comfortable and clean. I had to walk to front desk late in the evening since the sofa bed did not have sheets or a cover available in the room. Phone did not work to contact front desk and safe in closet did not function properly.
